Vacation; Holidays; Sick Leave. During the Employment the Executive shall be entitled to sick leave, holidays, and an annual vacation, all in accordance with the regular policy of the Company for its Senior Executives (but in no event less than the minimum annual vacation set forth in Schedule 1), during which time his compensation and benefits shall be paid or provided in full.

Officer and, to the extent applicable, Officer's family, dependents and beneficiaries, shall be allowed to participate in all benefits, plans and programs, including improvements or modifications of the same, which are now, or may hereafter be, available to executive employees of the Company. The Company shall not, however, by reason of this paragraph be obligated to institute, maintain, or refrain from changing, amending or discontinuing, any such benefit plan or program as it applies to Officer, so long as such changes are similarly applicable to all executive employees of the Company.
Vacation; Holidays; Sick Leave. During each Employment Calendar Year, Executive shall be entitled to vacation in accordance with Employer’s standard vacation policies in effect from time to time for Employer’s officers and such additional time as shall be approved by the BHLB CEO. Executive shall take vacation at such times as shall be mutually agreed upon by Employer and Executive in accordance with the standard policies of Employer. Executive shall be entitled to paid legal holidays and sick leave in accordance with the standard policies of Employer.
