Wage Indemnity Plan. (a) Employees will be entitled to coverage under a Wage Indemnity Plan providing a benefit up to one year at 75% of basic pay. Effective April 1, 2018, Employees will be entitled to coverage under a Wage Indemnity Plan providing a benefit up to one year at 100% of basic pay.

Wage Indemnity Plan. The Employer agrees to provide and pay the premium cost of a Wage Indemnity Plan as outlined below:
Wage Indemnity Plan. The Union's Weekly Wage Indemnity Plan (1-8-39 plan providing seventy-five (75%) percent of earnings when unable to work due to sickness or accident) shall be made available to all regular and regular part-time employees. The Employer shall pay the full premium cost for the employee's coverage under such plan.
Wage Indemnity Plan. The COPE Local 378 Weekly Wage Indemnity Plan (1-8-39 plan providing seventy-five percent (75%) of earnings when unable to work due to sickness or accident) shall be made available to all regular and regular part-time employees. The Employer shall pay the full premium cost for the employee's coverage under such plan. The Employer will continue to remit premiums for health and welfare benefits as required during periods on wage indemnity.
Wage Indemnity Plan. Commencing the sixth day of a continuous absence, to a maximum of 26 weeks from the first day of sick leave, a regular full-time employee who continues to qualify for health leave shall receive 70% of gross regular weekly earnings through a Wage Indemnity Plan. A regular full-time employee shall receive any wage loss benefits to which they may be entitled directly from the Wage Indemnity Plan carrier. Health and welfare benefits and their premium cost share arrangement will continue during any period of Wage Indemnity. A regular full-time employee who participates in a Return to Work Program while drawing Wage Indemnity benefits will have his/her Wage Indemnity benefit augmented so as to provide 100% of the employee's normal net take home pay, subject to normal benefit and statutory deductions.

Graduated Return to Work Employees may request a graduated return to work following a period of leave due to illness or disability provided they provide two (2) weeks notice of their intention to return and their return has been approved by the employee’s physician. Employees shall receive benefits consistent with the Wage Indemnity Plan.
