Wallet. Apple Wallet allows you to store virtual representations of credit, debit, and prepaid cards to be used with Apple Pay (collectively, “Apple Pay Cards”), as well as other types of cards, passes, and keys, including without limitation the following (collectively, “Wallet Passes”, and together with Apple Pay Cards, the “Supported Cards”): • rewards cards; • transit cards; • tickets; • membership passes; • car keys; • home keys; • hospitality keys; • corporate badges; • student ID cards; and • driver’s license and state or government-issued identification cards (“ID Cards”). Wallet Passes may only be available in select regions and with select partners. ID Cards may only be available for residents of participating states and presentment may vary by state or location. Supported Cards may change from time to time.
Wallet. Your development of Passes, and use of the Pass Type ID and Wallet under this Agreement, must be in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including the Program Requirements) and Attachment 5 (Additional Terms for Passes).
Wallet. Your Account has an associated wallet, and all purchases made on PSN Services are made using funds from the wallet. Your children’s Accounts that are associated with your Account do not have a separate wallet, and all purchases made by them will be made through your wallet. Wallet funds have no value outside PSN and can only be used to make purchases through PSN Services and certain Third Party Services. You can only hold a certain maximum amount of funds in your wallet as determined by us ("Limit"), using either (i) a credit or debit card; (ii) a prepaid card or promotional code with a specified value where available; or (iii) other payment methods approved by us and made available from time to time in each specific country. FUNDS ADDED TO THE WALLET ARE NON- REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE EXCEPT WHERE THE LAW REQUIRES THAT WE TAKE THOSE ACTIONS. WE HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REVERSE OR REFUND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES MADE USING ANY PAYMENT METHOD TO FUND THE WALLET. WALLET FUNDS THAT ARE DEEMED ABANDONED OR UNUSED BY LAW WILL NOT BE RETURNED OR RESTORED. SIE LLC, SIEA, or its affiliates may provide prepaid cards that allow users to redeem content on PSN Services or fund the wallet. The value of a prepaid card contributes to the Limit. If you acquire a prepaid card that has a value that, when added to the wallet's existing balance, exceeds the Limit, you will not be able to apply the value of the prepaid card to the wallet until sufficient funds have been spent from the wallet to allow the sum of the full value of the prepaid card and wallet to be equal to or less than the Limit. Except as SIE LLC or SIEA permitpermits, your wallet will only accept prepaid cards with currency value from the same country as the one designated for your Account. SIE LLC, SIEA, its affiliates or third parties may provide product codes that can be used to access content, including promotional content. Product codes may not be available in all countries or to all users, and age restrictions may apply. Some product codes must be used before a specified expiration date and in accordance with specified terms. Wallet. 24 When creating an account with the Xxxx Exchange, you will be prompted to create a Wallet. The Wallet consists of an account wallet and a trading wallet, each of which consists of a number of different blockchain wallet addresses upon different blockchains, interaction with which is only possible through the use of cryptographic private keys, which will be provided to you in encrypted form and which will never be stored in any way by the Company that would give the Company access to your Wallet. The trading wallet is part of the Smart Contract System. Transfers can be made between the trading wallet and the account wallet, but not directly to external addresses.
Wallet. 8.1 Wallet can be established through User Interfaces by completing the registration process according to the provided instructions.
8.2 Upon establishment of the Wallet, we’ll provide You with a means of: (i) purchasing, registering for and activating Your Card; (ii) opening, activating, loading, and reloading Your E-money Account; (iii) carrying out Transactions; (iv) reviewing Your Transactions; (v) giving instructions to, and communicating with, Us; and (vi) other services described in the User Interface.
8.3 By registering to use the Wallet and by continuing to use the same, you shall be deemed to have accepted and be bound by this Agreement.
8.4 As a result of technical problems or faults, maintenance or security problems the Wallet may be suspended, and in certain cases We may not be able to notify You.
8.5 The Wallet software (including User Interfaces, the text, graphics and other components) are and will remain to be Our sole property and/or any persons that have assigned the operating rights to Us. You may not use or share the Wallet software as part of, or from, another internet application or software program. Furthermore, You shall not, and shall not attempt to, decompile, reverse-engineer, translate, convert, adapt, alter, modify, enhance, add to, delete or in any way tamper with, or gain access to, any part of the Wallet or any software comprised in it.
8.6 You shall provide such information as We may, from time to time, reasonably request for the purposes of establishing and maintaining the Wallet. You shall ensure that all information provided to Us is at all times accurate, complete and up-to-date, including your address and contact details.
8.7 You confirm that the Wallet is for Your sole and exclusive use, and that You shall not use the Wallet for any illegal or illicit purposes. You should seek and obtain independent professional advice on legal, tax and other issues in connection with the use of the Wallet. You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to ensure that the use of the Wallet is in accordance with prevailing laws, rules and regulations (whether pertaining to U.K. or any other country) which are applicable to You.
8.8 You have to link Your Funding Source to your Wallet by following the instructions provided in the User Interface. You must not link and/or attempt to link a Funding Source that is not in Your name and/or does not belong to You.
8.9 You may not be able to use the Wallet or any part of its functionality until...
Wallet. As part of your Account, Backpack Exchange will provide Users: (i) a hosted Virtual Asset wallet(s), each of which is an account for holding Supported Virtual Assets (“Virtual Asset Wallet”), and (ii) where permitted by applicable Laws, a hosted fiat wallet, which is an account for holding fiat funds (“Fiat Funds” and together with Virtual Assets, “Assets”). You hereby represent and warrant to us that any Virtual Assets or Fiat Funds used by you in connection with the Services (including any Virtual Assets or Fiat Funds used to fund your Account) are either owned by you or that you are validly authorised to carry out transactions using such Virtual Assets or Fiat Funds, and that all transactions initiated with your Account are for your own account and not on behalf of any other person.
Wallet. The ‘Wallet’ enables you to electronically hold, send and receive funds in the form of non-cash payments through the Airwallex Platform. The funds in the Wallet can be in multiple currencies but only in the Supported Currencies that we offer, which may change from time to time. The funds in your Wallet may be used to make Payments or FX Conversions in accordance with this Agreement.
Wallet. 7.1. You may store cryptocurrencies and Tokens at Wallet, sent them to and receive them from third parties according to the instructions you provide through Wallet. The Company provides no financial services, including, but not limited to, accepting deposits or money transferring. Some cryptocurrencies may not be supported by Wallet, please, check the supported cryptocurrencies before transferring them to your Wallet. The Company assumes no responsibility and liability in connection to any attempt to use Wallet for the cryptocurrencies that are not supported by Wallet.
7.2. By using Wallet, you acknowledge that the transactions with cryptocurrencies and Tokens are irreversible. The Company cannot be liable under any circumstances for any transaction made by you with your Wallet. The Company has no control over, or liability for, the delivery, quality, safety, legality or any other aspect of any goods or services that you may purchase or sell to or from a third party (including other users of the Platform). Any dispute you have concerning a transaction with cryptocurrencies and Tokens you shall resolve with such third party directly without involving the Company. If you believe that a third party behaved in a fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate manner, or if you cannot adequately resolve a dispute with a third party, you may notify our support team for assistance so that we may consider what action to take, if any.
Wallet. Pay-by-Cell may include a requirement that the customer's account at all times have a minimum credit of $20.00 and that additional deposits into the account shall be in a minimum amount of $20.00 and such additional deposits may be automatically debited from a customer's nominated source once the balance on the customer's account falls below $10.00. Interest on such deposits shall not be included in calculating the Quarterly Settlement Amount. The Concessionaire shall deposit, or cause to be deposited, such customer funds into a segregated deposit account or securities account maintained with a bank or other financial institution located in the United States of America which has been given a long-term unsecured debt rating of "A" (or equivalent) or higher by a Rating Agency.
