Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance. As required by State Finance Law §142, CONSULTANT shall maintain in force workers’ compensation insurance upon forms required by or acceptable to the Workers Compensation Board for all of Consultant’s employees. The Consultant shall also maintain disability insurance as required by the Disability Benefits Law of the State of New York.

Workers’ Compensation and Disability Insurance. The Producer shall take out and maintain during the life of this Agreement, Workers’ Compensation (WC) Insurance and Disability Benefits (DB) Insurance, for all of its employees employed at the site of the project, and shall provide to the Certificates of Insurance evidencing this coverage to the County’s Insurance Department. If the Producer is not required to carry such insurance, the Producer must submit form CE-200 attesting to the fact that it is not required to do so.
