WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE. 1.1 The Owner will provide, maintain and pay for Wrap-up Liability Insurance with a limit of inclusive per occurrence, general aggregate for bodily injury, death, and damage to property including loss of use thereof, product/completed operations liability with a limit of aggregate.
1.2 This insurance will cover the Owner, Design-Builder & Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, consultants and anyone employed by them to perform a part or parts of the Work (includes both Construction and Design services, but excludes all professional services, under this Agreement) but excluding suppliers whose only function is to supply and/or transport products to the project site or security protection persons or organizations providing site protection on or at the insured project. The insurance does not extend to any activities, works, jobs or undertakings of the insureds other than those directly related to the Work of this Agreement.
WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE. Prior to the commencement of any Construction and thereafter until a Certificate of Substantial Completion is issued with respect to the completed Facility, Project Co will take out, maintain in force, and extend, or will cause to be taken out, maintained and extended, “Wrap up” liability insurance (the “Construction CGL Policy”) which will include the following terms:
(a) coverage in an amount of not less than inclusive per occurrence for bodily injury, death, and damage to property, including loss of use thereof;
(b) a deductible not exceeding per occurrence;
(c) include as named insureds BC Hydro, Project Co, and as additional insureds, the Project Contractors and all Subcontractors, but excluding suppliers whose only function is to supply or transport products to the Site and suppliers that perform only warranty or remedial work on the Site in respect of products supplied or transported to the Site, and not extending to any activities, works, jobs or undertakings of any of the insureds other than those directly related to the Design and Construction;
(d) contain a waiver of subrogation against all insureds under the policy; and
(e) include coverage for:
(i) premises and operations liability;
(ii) damage to existing structures;
(iii) products or completed operations liability;
(iv) blanket contractual liability;
(v) cross liability and severability of interest;
(vi) contingent employer’s liability;
(vii) personal injury liability;
(viii) shoring, blasting, excavating, underpinning, demolition, pile driving and caisson work, work below ground surface, tunnelling and grading, as applicable;
(ix) non owned automobile liability with a sublimit of
(x) broad form property damage;
(xi) broad form completed operations liability for a period of not less than 24 months after the later of the Service Commencement Date or the time that a Certificate of Substantial Completion is issued for the completed Facility, with an aggregate limit of not less than ;
(xii) sudden and accidental pollution allowing up to 240 hours of detection and 240 hours reporting;
(xiii) blanket tenant’s legal liability with a sublimit of ;
(xiv) use of attached machinery;
(xv) loading and unloading of automobiles;
(xvi) loss of use without damage to property;
(xvii) hoist and collision liability;
(xviii) intentional injury committed to protect persons or property;
(xix) watercraft;

WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE must insure the general contractor(s) and all sub‐contractors on this project:

WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE. 1.1 The Owner will provide, maintain and pay for Wrap-up Liability Insurance with a limit of inclusive per occurrence, general aggregate for bodily injury, death, and damage to property including loss of use thereof, product/completed operations liability with a limit of aggregate.
WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE protecting the Owner Insurance Group, the Contractor, and their respective subcontractors, agents and employees against damages arising from personal injury (including death) and claims for property damage which may arise out of the operations of the Contractor, its Subcontractors, or their respective agents or employees in connection with the Work. The policy shall be placed prior to commencement of the Work and shall specifically cover liability arising out of the performance of this Contract and shall cover all liability assumed by the Contractor under any contract or agreement, including the indemnity provisions of this Contract. The policy shall be maintained continuously throughout the entire term of the contract through to the date on which both the Certificate of Completion has been issued for the Work and an Occupancy Permit, if required, has been issued for the Place of the Work, and thereafter, in the case of completed operations coverage for a further period of twenty-four (24) months and shall contain the following extensions of coverage:
WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE for Third Party Bodily Injury, Personal Injury and Property Damage to an inclusive limit not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) per occurrence and five million dollars ($5,000,000.00) products and completed operations aggregate. The insurance shall be in the joint names of Named Insured and The Corporation of the United Counties of Prescott and Xxxxxxx, and include contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and/or tradesmen while working on the site, engineers, architects, consultants or other person which the Service Manager may require to be added as insured parties as additional Insured. The policy must include the following:
(i) premises and operations; and
(ii) owner’s and contractor’s protective liability; and
(iii) broad form products and completed operations liability; and
(iv) cross liability; and
(v) blanket written and oral contractual liability; and
(vi) all risks tenant’s legal liability; and
(vii) hoist liability; and
(viii) firefighting and forest fire fighting expense liability; and
(ix) Contingent employer’s liability; and
(x) non-owned automobile liability; and
(xi) directors, officers, employees, shareholders, legislators and officials involved in the project added as insured and/or additional insured; and
(xii) shoring, blasting, excavating, underpinning, demolition, pile driving and caisson work, work below and above ground surface, work below and above water, tunnelling and grading and similar operations associated with construction work, as applicable; and
(xiii) sudden and accidental pollution liability with a discovery provision of not less than one hundred and twenty (120) hours and a subsequent reporting provision on not less than one hundred and twenty (120) hours; and
(xiv) thirty (30) day written notice of cancellation.
WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE. Wrap-up liability insurance protecting the City Insurance Group, the Design- Builder, and their respective subcontractors, agents and employees against damages arising from personal injury (including death) and claims for property damage which may arise out of the operations of the Design-Builder, its Subcontractors, or their respective agents or employees in connection with the Work. The policy shall be placed prior to commencement of the Work and shall specifically cover liability arising out of the performance of this Contract and shall cover all liability assumed by the Design-Builder under any contract or agreement, including the indemnity provisions of this Contract. The policy shall be maintained continuously throughout the entire term of the contract through to the date on which both the Certificate of Completion has been issued for the Work and an occupancy permit, if required, has been issued for the Place of the Work, and thereafter, in the case of completed operations coverage for a further period of twenty-four (24) months, and the policy shall provide:

1.2 This insurance will cover the Owner, Infusion Health KVH General Partnership (“Infusion”), Black & XxXxxxxx Limited, Design-Builder & Subcontractors, Architects, Engineers, Consultants and anyone employed by them to perform a part or parts of the Work (includes both Construction and Design services, but excludes all professional services, under this Agreement) but excluding suppliers whose only function is to supply and/or transport products to the project site or security protection persons or organizations providing site protection on or at the insured project. The insurance does not extend to any activities, works, jobs or undertakings of the insureds other than those directly related to the Work of this Agreement.
WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE. The Owner has arranged for a blanket Wrap-Up Liability Insurance program in respect of this project. The insurance program insures PSPC, all eligible contractors and subcontractors under contract with the Owner, and other designated parties for work performed at the project site.
.1 Such general liability insurance shall provide coverage in respect of property damage and/or bodily injury (including death) arising out of all operations and related activities relating to the Project. The coverage provided shall be at least equivalent to IBC 2100 (except the policy will exclude damage to the Work during construction).
.2 Coverage shall include a clause relating to cross liability, plus 24 months Completed Operations Liability. The policy limits shall be $10,000,000 per occurrence. The coverage under the policy shall be maintained continuously with respect to the performance of any aspect of the Project until completion plus 24 months for Completed Operations Liability.
.3 The policy will contain a deductible amount of;
i) $25,000 for total tendered project values less than $850,000, or:
ii) $250,000 for total tendered values greater than $850,000 which will be assessed against the value of this construction contract if any wrap-up insurance claim is made relating to the Scope of Work in this construction contract. The Owner reserves the right to modify this insurance program or any portion thereof. If the Owner exercises this right, contractors will be provided notice as required by the terms of their contracts with the Owner. At its option, the Owner may procure alternate coverage or may require the contractors to procure and maintain alternative insurance coverage.” Document #: RP1-PDS-10842-EN Revision #: 12
WRAP-UP LIABILITY INSURANCE. 34.3.2.1 Canadian Natural may provide and maintain at it's expense "Wrap Up" Liability Insurance insuring Canadian Natural and all contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, consultants, surveyors and all project participants all while engaged in connection with the construction and related works. In the event Canadian Natural elects to maintain this coverage, Contractor will be advised in writing prior to commencement of the Work.
34.3.2.2 This policy will provide coverage in excess of underlying limits of general liability insurance and employers liability insurance as required to be provided in Section 34.1.2.3 of this Agreement. As stated in Section 34.2.2.1 of this Agreement, Canadian Natural or its insurers shall not be called upon by Contractor's insurers to contribute or participate on the basis of contributing, concurrent or double insurance and the insurance required to be provided by Contractor shall be deemed primary.
34.3.2.3 This policy provides coverage for third party bodily injury and property damage caused by an occurrence arising out of the construction operations performed in connection with the Work subject to any applicable exclusions. The wrap up obtained by Canadian Natural does not extend to provide coverage for any off-site activities in connection with the Work and in this regard, the Contractor's general liability policy is required to provide cover for operations of this nature.
34.3.2.4 Coverage consists of but is not limited to contractual liability, products and completed operations liability, contingent employers liability and non-owned automobile liability.
34.3.2.5 The policy will contain a cross liability clause providing that liability of any one insured to another insured will be covered as if separate policies were issued to each insured.
