Starting Rates. The start rate across all classifications is noted below the proceeding scales. This shall be a minimum start rate. During the term of this Agreement, should the Company recognize a need to raise the start rate, it is agreed that the Company and Union shall meet to discuss the issue prior to raising the starting rates.
