Volunteer Responsibilities. I acknowledge and understand that:
(a) I am responsible for performing all VOLUNTEER work in a professional manner assigned to me by CRS pursuant to the Program, and that my performance of such work shall be under the immediate supervision of the Farmer-to-Farmer Program Director in the Placement Country or his/her authorized representative;
(b) I am responsible for obtaining a passport at my expense;
(c) I am responsible, if CRS requests, for obtaining the required visa upon arrival in country, and that CRS shall reimburse me for the costs I incur in obtaining the visa;
(d) I am responsible for obtaining a medical pre-clearance from my physician, and I am required to be covered by a valid medical insurance policy, which I have accurately identified in the Addendum to this Agreement, and which is valid for coverage in the U.S. prior to and through at least the month following the assignment;
(e) I will not receive any monetary compensation from CRS for my participation in the Program; however, CRS shall provide me a per diem stipend to cover normal and customary living expenses;
(f) I am responsible for the payment of all personal expenses incurred during my participation in the Program and that I may not incur any expenses on behalf of CRS without prior written authorization;
(g) I am required to attend orientation sessions provided by CRS regarding the Program;
(h) I am required to comply with all applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of CRS;
(i) I am required to abide by the CRS “Social Media and Blogging Guidelines” for Farmer to Famer Volunteers attached to this Agreement as Appendix B;
(j) I am required to behave at all times in a responsible, respectable, and mature manner.
Volunteer Responsibilities. 1. The Volunteer Group shall provide services, tasks and contributions set forth in Scope of Services.
2. The Volunteer Group shall not perform any task which the Program Coordinator has not specifically approved, and shall not subcontract or hire others (permitted for Adopt-A-Garden only) to perform any services or tasks hereto. 3. The services outlined in Scope of Services may be revised by mutual written agreement by the Parties.
Volunteer Responsibilities. ● Volunteers will be assigned to all aspects of the conference, not solely for Learning Institutes and Education Sessions. Assignments may include but not be limited to monitoring tables, assisting in the Exposition Hall, or assisting in the volunteer office. Please view the document “2013 Potential Volunteer Assignments” for further explanation. ● You will be required to arrive at each of your volunteer assignments at least 15 minutes before their scheduled start time with all of the necessary materials required for that assignment. Being prompt to your assignments is an important requirement in order for the conference to proceed on schedule. ● Volunteers must complete 10 hours over the entire course of the conference. This may include working during any and all days of the conference the volunteer is present, not to exceed 15 hrs unless the volunteer desires to complete available assignments at the conference. ● Volunteer schedules will be created on a first come first served basis. Therefore, it is in your best interest to apply early. ● Volunteer schedules will not be adjusted to accommodate preferences to attend certain sessions or events. You will have the opportunity to participate in the activities you are assigned to as long as your volunteer requirements for that assigned activity are also completed. ● If your employer or professor has specific requests for you to attend certain Learning Institutes or Education Sessions please understand that we cannot meet the conference needs for volunteers as well as accommodate personal requests to the satisfaction of all parties. You will need to carefully consider your options and decide for yourself whether or not volunteering is the best option for your personal situation. ● To optimize the balance between volunteer requirements and participation in the conference, it is recommended that perspective volunteers plan to arrive at the conference on or before Friday, March 22 and spend at least three or more days at the conference. ● If your travel plans change upon arriving or departing from the conference, the coordinators will work with you to fit in your 10 hours with your new schedule as is possible, or you may opt to decline your volunteer status and remit payment of the remaining conference registration fee. ● The Volunteer Coordinators do not have the ability to meet any preferences for pairing or grouping friends to the same assignment or for similar time slots. Volunteer Responsibilities. 1. The Volunteer undertakes to keep secret the information obtained in connection with the provision of services for the Beneficiary, and which constitute the secret of the Beneficiary, in particular information related to the health situation of people for whom he provides assistance. This applies in particular to information related to:
a) protection of medical data,
b) protection of personal data.
c) The volunteer is obliged to present the following documents, which constitute the basis for establishing cooperation under the agreement on the provision of voluntary services: - current medical examinations - a copy of the health booklet
2. If the Beneficiary incurs the costs of post-exposure tests, including the costs of treatment, material consumption or other costs incurred by the Beneficiary in connection with the Volunteering, the Beneficiary shall cover the above-mentioned costs.

Volunteer Responsibilities. 1.1 You understand that your engagement with the Greyhound Adoption Program (GAP) is on a voluntary basis and you will not receive payment for your work. GAP appreciate that volunteers may incur expenses in the course of their work. We may reimburse reasonable expenses where prior arrangement has been made with a supervisor. These reimbursements can only be made upon production of a valid tax receipt.
1.2 If animals are not supervised or safely contained, they may damage personal property by scratching, chewing, soiling, etc. It is the responsibility of volunteers in all roles to ensure animals (either owned by you or by GAP) are kept in a safe and secure environment whilst under their care. GRV or GAP cannot be responsible for damage, loss, or theft of personal property.
1.3 Volunteers agree to only undertake duties they are authorised to perform under the direction of nominated staff, and follow all reasonable directions and instructions.
1.4 Volunteers representing or working for GAP are required to read and comply with relevant policies.
1.5 Volunteers authorised to be accompanied by minors understand that they remain responsible for their supervision, and that minors are also expected to abide by this code of conduct when representing GAP alongside their adult parent or guardian.
1.6 GRV requires all volunteers to undergo a Criminal Records Check at our expense. We reserve the right to refuse a volunteer application on the basis of any findings that may directly compromise your ability to perform the role for which you have applied. It is required by law that any volunteer whose role requires them to directly engage in unsupervised child- related work, must undertake a Working With Children Check. A GAP volunteer may be required to under a Working With Children Check if their role ever requires them to interact unsupervised with children or vulnerable adults on a regular basis. GRV is committed to protecting the privacy of our volunteers and is required by law to keep the findings of these checks confidential.
1.7 GAP requests volunteers to be open and honest in their dealings with GAP, and speak to relevant staff if we can improve our volunteer program and the support that volunteers receive from GAP.
1.8 Volunteers are expected to behave appropriately and courteously to all staff, clients, racing industry stakeholders, and members of the public whilst undertaking their role.

To respect and protect client rights and to comply with policies and procedure regarding recipient rights. -To assist clients in accordance with the specified goals and treatment as set by staff. -To keep the Volunteer Services Coordinator (or respective supervisor) informed of interactions between the client and Volunteer. -If the Volunteer is to utilize his or her automobile in the course of volunteer services to maintain automobile liability with limits not less than $300,000 per accident, combined single limit, or $300,000 per person and per accident for bodily injury and $100,000 per accident for property damage, and to provide Michigan Personal Injury Protection and Michigan Property Protection Insurance as required by law. -To contact the Volunteer Services Coordinator if any of the information provided on the Volunteer Services Application Form becomes inaccurate or could be updated.
