JOB SCOPE. A. Ramp Service work includes:
1. Normal and customary work associated with the handling, scanning, and transporting of luggage and material; the loading and unloading of aircraft; the delivery of baggage, material, cargo and mail.
2. When and where so directed by the Company, normal and customary work associated with the receipt and departure of aircraft; normal and customary work associated with the non-maintenance servicing of aircraft including lavatory and water systems, performing GPU and air start, security checks, and the proper and accurate documentation of luggage and material on weight and balance forms.
3. Training of Ramp Service Agents may be conducted by Covered Employees. Such training will include OJT, AIC, and POA Training, Safety Training, Security Training, and any and all customary work within the Ramp Service job scope.
B. The Company may designate, on a regular or temporary basis, any qualified Ramp Service employee(s) with at least one (1) year of service in the classification as an Agent(s) in Charge (“AIC”). An Agent in Charge shall perform Ramp Service work and such additional duties as assigned.
C. Duty assignments will be defined based on the needs of the operation. A duty assignment may consist of a single job assignment, or a combination of two or more job assignments.
D. Employees may be cross-utilized in or between job classifications and duty assignments covered under this Agreement based on the needs of operation. The Company will make reasonable efforts as permitted under the circumstances to assign readily available qualified volunteers and in consideration of seniority.
JOB SCOPE. Able to post and balance simple subsidiary ledgers and possessing the ability to apply a calculator and adding machine to this work and to accurate verification, preparation and summary of simple xxxxxxxx, reports and schedules. Filing of same as required.
JOB SCOPE. Through the use of typewriters, calculators, adding machines and manually is responsible for the checking, preparation and summary of simple records and schedules. Filing of same as required. Able to operate a switchboard on a relief basis.
JOB SCOPE. Must be able to post and balance subsidiary ledgers. Capable of the preparation and analysis of schedules, reports and statement.
1. Operates a calculator, adding machine and typewriter as required to produce various schedules, reports and statements.
2. Accurate posting of subsidiary records and balancing of same through use of a calculator and adding machine.
3. Sorts, forwards and files documents with which employee normally works.
4. Does considerable checking and verification of documents produced externally to the Corporation. This procedure requires detailed knowledge of the Corporation's costs and retail price and structure.
5. Does relief work in own section and other divisions and sections, as directed.
6. Other duties as required.
7. Able to do the jobs of Clerk 1 and Clerk 2.
JOB SCOPE. Assignment request will be posted via E-Mail outlining the Job Scope. It will include the following information. • Expected Duties/responsibilities which can be altered due to business needs. • Critical skills and qualifications required. • Job category/wage rate • Expected duration which can be altered due to business needs • Expected hours of work (day or shift work) which can be altered due to business needs Wage rate to be determined by management on a case by case evaluation of accountabilities and successful candidate’s competency as per Appendix A.
JOB SCOPE. Under supervision (but without detailed instructions except in specific instances) a Stenographer 3 does standard clerical and stenographic assignments involving taking and transcribing dictation quickly and accurately that may require the use of technical or specialized terms.
1. Type from rough or draft copy.
2. Xxxxx out assignments independently according to a regular prescribed procedure, subject to check or review upon completion.
3. Perform repetitive work requiring knowledge of systems and procedures within a specialized clerical field.
4. As required, to review statements, applications, records and forms for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with established procedures.
5. Give information to other departments or the public concerning well established practices.
6. Post date to small set of records or books.
7. Sort and file documents.
8. Prepare routine correspondence and to complete form letters.
JOB SCOPE. Under the close supervision of the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission retail Store Manager, is responsible for making cash sales of spirits, wine and beer to the general public in accordance with the Liquor Control Act and Regulations and perform other duties necessary for the efficient operation and maintenance of the store. Fulfil the demands of the general public by making cash sales of spirits, wine and beer in accordance with the Liquor Control Act and Regulations. Pricing stock, filling bins and display cases with stock to keep supply at proper level for efficient operation of the store. Unload stock from carrier, store and pile in the proper manner. Load outgoing stock on trucks for delivery to customers (Licensees). Counts and records stock on hand for Inventory control purposes. Sweep, wash, dust, and general cleaning of store premises for sanitary purposes. (The Manager, will whenever possible and in the best interest of the Commission to do so, assign these duties to the more junior clerks.) Operate cash register and count cash to verify with totals shown on register tapes and make necessary change. Deliver daily cash receipts to Bank for deposit. Assist the manager in the checking and preparation of sales reports and Bank deposits to insure accuracy of reports. Floor supervision, surveillance and answering queries from the public. If required, handles empty bottles and cans. Operates materials handling equipment after a period of on job training. Periodic Takes monthly physical inventory to verify stock in store with stock ledger. Assist in the preparation of monthly reports for Head Office. May be required to act as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager during their absence. Under the general supervision of the Nova Scotia Liquor Commission retail Store Manager, the Bookkeeper is responsible for the accurate recording of all cash transactions on a cash register machine, count and verify cash with machine totals, post and balance various store ledgers, prepare duties assigned by the manager for the efficient operation of the store.
JOB SCOPE. 3.1 The workers supplied by the Contractor are required to carry out the function of general operators, line leaders, supervisors & other positions deemed necessary by the Company.
3.2 The Contractor hereby agrees to manage local contract workers’ payroll, accommodation (hostel), transportation to and from the Company.
JOB SCOPE. Assignment Interest Sheet will be posted, outlining the job scope (See Attachment 1). It will include the following information: • duties/responsibilities • critical skills required • job category/wage rate • duration • hours of work (including whether it will be on days or shift) • supervision received WAGE RATE A special assignment premium of 10% will be paid to eligible employees in addition to their published wage rate. If an employee goes back to the unit to perform his regular duties for a period in excess of 10 consecutive days at any time during the assignment, the rate will revert to his regular rate while he is performing his regular duties. Employees on special assignment will be entitled to the overtime associated with the special assignment. SELECTION PROCEDURE An employee will be selected for a special assignment using the following procedure:
