Effective January 1, 2004 a part-time employee who has worked an average of sixty (60) hours per month or more in the previous twelve (12) month calendar year may join the Benefits Program on a pro-rated basis, as per the Agreement with the current Benefits Program. Change of Carrier A copy of all current master policies of the benefits referred to in this article shall be provided to the union. Accordingly, the parties agree that a joint investigation of a Benefits Trust is worthwhile in order to determine if significant reductions in costs of benefits can be achieved.
