Benefits for Part-Time. Effective January 1, 2004 a part-time employee who has worked an average of sixty (60) hours per month or more in the previous twelve (12) month calendar year may join the Benefits Program on a pro-rated basis, as per the Agreement with the current Benefits Program. Change of Carrier A copy of all current master policies of the benefits referred to in this article shall be provided to the union. It is understood that the may at any time substitute another carrier for any plan (other than provided the benefits conferred thereby are substantially the same.
