Calculation of Wage Rates. (1) Technicians shall be paid wages on the basis of an average of 38 ordinary hours per week in each work cycle so as to avoid fluctuating weekly wage payments. (2) A technician who is absent from duty (other than on annual leave, long service leave, public holidays, paid personal leave, workers compensation, compassionate leave), shall for each day the technician is absent lose average pay for that day by dividing the technician's average weekly rate by 5. A technician who is so absent from duty for part of a day, shall lose average pay for each hour or part thereof, the technician is absent from duty at an hourly rate calculated by dividing the technician’s average daily pay rate by 7.6.

If for any reasons beyond the control of CES and the Technician the transfer of funds is not carried out on the nominated day, CES shall advance the Technician an agreed amount to be repaid by the Technician by the end of the next working day after the wages are credited to the Technician's account. If the Technician does not repay the money as required, CES will be entitled to withhold the amount involved from the Technician's future wages or other entitlement. If an error is made and the amount credited to the Technician's account exceeds the entitlement, the Technician shall observe the procedure described in the preceding sentence. If the amount is less than the Technician's entitlement, CES shall pay the amount of shortfall by electronic funds transfer into the Technician’s nominated bank account.
Calculation of Wage Rates. As of the 1st July 2015 an increase in wages will include the first full pay period and will apply on the 1st July each year that equates to Consumer Price Index (CPI) plus 1% with increases being capped at a minimum of 1% and a maximum of 4%. CPI will be taken from the Consumer Price Index (all groups Adelaide) for the twelve (12) month period ending December each year as issued by the Australian Bureau of Statistics.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum.   • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.
