Characteristics of the Work. (1) Work is undertaken at this level with limited direction as to work priorities and the detailed conduct of the task. The tasks undertaken may be of a complex or specific nature encompassing a major area of operations. (2) Direction exercised over work performed at this level may, depending on the function role required, be by way of providing general guidance and advice. (3) Work at this level may involve control and / or co-ordination of projects or programs in accordance with corporate goals and requires the development, implementation and evaluation of activities. (4) Work at this level may involve independence of action including the use and allocation of resources within the constraints laid down by senior management. (5) Decisions taken or delegations exercised at this level may have major impact on the day-to-day operations of the work area. The impact of such decisions on operations is likely to be limited to a specific work area or function. Delegations exercised may, depending on the nature of the work required, involve making determinations, instigating another course of action or reviewing previous decisions. (6) Guidelines, rules, instructions or procedures for use by other staff and interested parties may be developed at this level.

The provisional or definitive title of this trilogy made by Sophie Xxxxxx is: LA PSYCHANALYSE DEVOILEE. This trilogy aims at concluding the work initiated with THE WALL by using unreleased images previously shot and other images. It aims to inform the public about the real message of psychoanalysis as described by psychoanalysts themselves, to provoke a public debate. 1st part: The sexual theory 2nd part: Dans l’antre de la mère crocodile, psychose et sexuation 3rd part: Une secte qui a réussi The three films are made by Mrs. Sophie Xxxxxx, who is also co-producer of the trilogy within the company Océan Invisible Productions.
Characteristics of the Work. Work within this Level is performed under close supervision following standard routines, methods and procedures with little scope for deviation, or the exercise of initiative or judgement. The routines, methods and procedures to be followed are at a level consistent with skills acquired. Initially direct guidance is given when problems arise. Characteristics of the Work. 2.1 It is agreed that any information relating to the Work and their use, such as weights, dimensions, capacities, prices, colours and other data contained in catalogues, prospectuses, circulars, advertisements, illustrations, price-lists of the Supplier, shall not take effect as terms of the Contract unless expressly referred to in the Contract. 2.2 To the extent agreed in writing, the Supplier may provide in- formation and drawings, which are necessary to permit the Pur- chaser to erect, commission, operate and maintain the Work. The Supplier shall not be obliged to provide manufacturing drawings for the Work or spare parts. 2.3 Unless otherwise agreed, the Purchaser does not acquire any property rights in software, drawings, technical information, etc. (hereinafter referred to as 'Documents'), which may have been made available to him. The Supplier also remains the exclusive owner of any intellectual or industrial property right relating to the Work. The Documents shall not be made accessible to third parties without the Supplier's prior consent.
Characteristics of the Work. (a) All materials shall be of the correct type required by the Drawings and Specifications and the Contract Documents, for the purpose for which they are to be used and shall be new, of the first quality and best grade of their respective types and of approved manufacture in accordance to the Specifications. No substitutions or variations from Specifications other than those which are requested through a Change Order will be permitted after the execution hereof. (b) All CONTRACTOR’S installations shall be made so that the component parts will function together as a workable system, complete with all accessories necessary for its operation, and shall be left with all equipment properly adjusted and in working order. The Work shall be executed in conformity with the best local practice and so as to contribute to the efficiency of operation, minimum maintenance, accessibility, and sightliness and so that the installation will conform and accommodate itself to the building structure, building and process, equipment and usage. (c) No substitutions or variations from the Contract Documents, Drawings Specifications, including those that are attached hereto as part of Exhibit “B”, and except for those which are approved by OWNER and incorporated into this Contract through a Change Order, will be permitted after the execution hereof and except where a manufacturer or supplier of a particular material or item is unable to furnish the item or material specified by the Specifications or Drawings and in such situations the CONTRACTOR must request by written notice, in the Daily Activity Log, the OWNER’S approval of a substitute material or item considered to be equal to that specified or shown in the Drawings or Specifications. OWNER shall approve said material substitution within the next three Days from CONTRACTOR’S request. (d) CONTRACTOR shall comply with and be bound by the provisions of the Contract Documents, Specifications and Drawings that form Exhibit “B” hereto, except in so far as such provisions conflict with this Contract, in the understanding that whenever the CONTRACTOR deems that a provision of the Contract Documents, Specifications and Drawings that form Exhibit “B” hereto, is in conflict with this Contract, is not applicable in a Mexican construction environment context or is not reasonable considering such context, then the CONTRACTOR will propose to the OWNER that such conflicting, not applicable or unreasonable provision be eliminated or amended, ...
Characteristics of the Work. Positions at this level involve the delivery of basic professional services which are in support of employer objectives. Work is initially performed with professional support by a more experienced professional, however, this support is expected to reduce as experience increases. It would be expected that employees at this level seek professional guidance as necessary. Where this is not available within the organisation, the employee may seek to negotiate with the employer, financial support and time to obtain such guidance from outside the organisation. The solution of problems may require the exercise of professional judgment through the selection and application of procedures, methods and standards, and be supported by guidance from experienced professionals. Employees at this level may operate individually or as a member of a multi-disciplinary team within a work area. Positions at this level generally have no supervisory responsibilities although more experienced employees may assist new employees by providing guidance and advice. Employees shall have obtained professional knowledge as indicated by successful completion of the appropriate three year undergraduate degree or diploma and be able to apply theoretical aspects of physiotherapy to standard procedures or as a contribution to broader assignments.

Characteristics of the Work. Employees at this level have achieved a standard to be able to perform specialised or non-routine tasks or features of the work. Work is likely to be general supervision with general guidance on progress and outcomes sought and involves the application of knowledge with depth in some areas and a broad range of skills. Initiative, discretion and judgement are required in carrying out assigned duties. Such employees may be required to give assistance and/or guidance (including guidance in relation to quality of work and which may require some allocation of duties) to employees in Levels 1 and 2 and would be able to train such employees by means of personal instruction and demonstration.

The data on the EODUF will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis (Monday through Friday except holidays). 7.2.2 Data circuits (private line or dial-up) may be required between BellSouth and Comcast Phone for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, Comcast Phone will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with BellSouth. Comcast Phone will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the BellSouth end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit successfully ongoing will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the BellSouth data center by BellSouth and the associated charges assessed to Comcast Phone. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by Comcast Phone will be the responsibility of Comcast Phone. Associated equipment on the BellSouth end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties.   • Individual Characteristics Each Receivable has the following individual characteristics as of the Cut-Off Date: (i) each Receivable is secured by a new or used automobile, minivan or sport utility vehicle; (ii) each Receivable has an APR of no less than 0.00% and not more than 13.94; (iii) each Receivable had an original term to maturity of not more than 72 months and not less than 18 months and each Receivable has a remaining term to maturity, as of the Cut-Off Date, of 12 months or more; (iv) each Receivable has an Outstanding Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date of greater than or equal to $2,394.67; (v) no Receivable has a scheduled maturity date later than October 7, 2020; (vi) no Receivable was more than 30 days past due as of the Cut-Off Date; (vii) as of the Cut-off Date, no Receivable was noted in the records of VCI or the Servicer as being the subject of any pending bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding; (viii) no Receivable is subject to a force-placed Insurance Policy on the related Financed Vehicle; (ix) each Receivable is a Simple Interest Receivable; (x) each of the Receivables were selected using selection procedures that were not known or intended by VCI or the Servicer to be adverse to the Purchaser; and (xi) the Dealer of the Financed Vehicle has no participation in, or other right to receive, any proceeds of such Receivable.

  • Certain Characteristics of the Receivables (A) Each Receivable had a remaining maturity, as of the Cutoff Date, of not less than three (3) months and not more than eighty-four (84) months. (B) Each Receivable had an original maturity, as of the Cutoff Date, of not less than three (3) months and not more than eighty-four (84) months. (C) Each Receivable had a remaining Principal Balance, as of the Cutoff Date, of at least $250 and not more than $150,000. (D) Each Receivable had an Annual Percentage Rate, as of the Cutoff Date, of not more than 20%. (E) No Receivable was more than thirty (30) days past due as of the Cutoff Date. (F) Each Receivable arose under a Contract that is governed by the laws of the United States or any State thereof. (G) Each Obligor had a billing address in the United States or a United States territory as of the date of origination of the related Receivable. (H) Each Receivable is denominated in, and each Contract provides for payment in, United States dollars. (I) Each Receivable arose under a Contract that is assignable without the consent of, or notice to, the Obligor thereunder, and does not contain a confidentiality provision that purports to restrict the ability of the Servicer to exercise its rights under the Sale and Servicing Agreement, including, without limitation, its right to review the Contract. Each Receivable prohibits the sale or transfer of the Financed Vehicle without the consent of the Servicer. (J) Each Receivable arose under a Contract with respect to which GM Financial has performed all obligations required to be performed by it thereunder. (K) No automobile related to a Receivable was held in repossession inventory as of the Cutoff Date. (L) The Servicer’s records do not indicate that any Obligor was in bankruptcy as of the Cutoff Date. (M) No Obligor is the United States of America or any State or any agency, department, subdivision or instrumentality thereof.

  • ODUF Physical File Characteristics 6.2.1 ODUF will be distributed to TWTC via Secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP). The ODUF feed will be a variable block format. The data on the ODUF feed will be in a non-compacted EMI format (175 byte format plus modules). It will be created on a daily basis Monday through Friday except holidays. Details such as dataset name and delivery schedule will be addressed during negotiations of the distribution medium. There will be a maximum of one dataset per workday per OCN. If AT&T determines the Secure FTP Mailbox is nearing capacity levels, AT&T may move the customer to CONNECT: Direct file delivery. 6.2.2 If the customer is moved, CONNECT: Direct data circuits (private line or dial-up) will be required between AT&T and TWTC for the purpose of data transmission. Where a dedicated line is required, TWTC will be responsible for ordering the circuit, overseeing its installation and coordinating the installation with AT&T. TWTC will also be responsible for any charges associated with this line. Equipment required on the AT&T end to attach the line to the mainframe computer and to transmit messages successfully on an ongoing basis will be negotiated on an individual case basis. Any costs incurred for such equipment will be TWTC's responsibility. Where a dial-up facility is required, dial circuits will be installed in the AT&T data center by AT&T and the associated charges assessed to TWTC. Additionally, all message toll charges associated with the use of the dial circuit by TWTC will be the responsibility of TWTC. Associated equipment on the AT&T end, including a modem, will be negotiated on an individual case basis between the Parties. All equipment, including modems and software, that is required on TWTC end for the purpose of data transmission will be the responsibility of TWTC. 6.2.3 If TWTC utilizes FTP for data file transmission, purchase of the FTP software will be the responsibility of TWTC.

  • Mortgage Loan Characteristics The characteristics of the related Mortgage Loan Package are as set forth on the description of the pool characteristics for the applicable Mortgage Loan Package delivered pursuant to Section 11 on the related Closing Date in the form attached as Exhibit B to each related Assignment and Conveyance Agreement;

  • Characteristics of Receivables Each Receivable (A) shall have been originated in the United States by a Dealer for the retail sale of the related Financed Vehicle in the ordinary course of such Dealer’s business, shall have been fully and properly executed by the parties thereto, shall have been purchased by the Seller from such Dealer under an existing agreement with the Seller, shall have been validly assigned by such Dealer to the Seller in accordance with its terms and, to the best knowledge of the Seller, shall have been sold by a Dealer without fraud or misrepresentation, (B) shall have created or shall create a valid, subsisting and enforceable first priority security interest in favor of the Seller in the related Financed Vehicle, (C) shall contain customary and enforceable provisions such that the rights and remedies of the holder thereof shall be adequate for realization against the collateral of the benefits of the security, (D) shall provide for level Monthly Payments (provided that the first or last payment in the life of the Receivable may be minimally different from the level payment) that fully amortize the Amount Financed over its original term and shall provide for a finance charge or shall yield interest at its APR, (E) shall provide for, in the event that such Receivable is prepaid, a prepayment that fully pays the Principal Balance and includes accrued but unpaid interest at least through the date of prepayment in an amount calculated by using an interest rate at least equal to its APR, (F) shall have an Obligor that is not a federal, state or local governmental entity and (G) is a retail installment contract.
