College’s Obligations. 7.1 The College agrees to observe and perform the College's Obligations set out below:
College’s Obligations. To provide the Services which include reporting procedures and response times for repairs, details of arrangements for refuse collection and expected clearance times for ice, snow and leaves from College grounds (see Stewards Office for details). 2.1 At reasonable times and after giving reasonable notice, to enter the Accommodation for the purpose of viewing, inspection, maintenance or repair. No notice will be given in an emergency, for routine cleaning on the designated days, or where the need for repair (or any other matter affecting the suitability of the Accommodation for habitation) was reported by the Student, but otherwise the College will aim to give seven days prior notice for planned maintenance work and 24 hours prior notice for other purposes. 2.2 Not to interrupt the Student's occupation of the Accommodation more than is reasonably necessary, particularly during examination periods. 2.3 Not to disclose personal information obtained from the Student except as permitted by clause 3.2 of this licence agreement or where there is serious risk of harm to the Student to others or the College's property. 2.4 To make available to the Student for inspection by prior arrangement the College's: (a) Fire Emergency Plan (b) Portable Appliance Testing (XXX) statement; (c) Fault reporting and emergency procedures for use of the College laundry; (d) The Universities UK Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing (e) The College's security statement (f) The College's service level statement on reporting and rectification of building defects 2.5 Before the end of the first week of the licence period in Michaelmas Term the College will provide the Student with information and advice on: (a) action to be taken in the event of an emergency, including emergency contact details, how to call an ambulance, where to get first aid, and how to report an accident or safety defect; (b) health & safety matters such as how to avoid common fire risks; safe cooking in the designated areas of College and why cooking in the Accommodation is a safety risk and in breach of this licence agreement; electrical safety and voltage differences; the dangers of using candles or other naked flames or storing flammable material; fire extinguishers; the possibility of disciplinary action or criminal proceedings for mis-use of fire precautions equipment; (c) how to get access to the Accommodation in the event of the Student losing their keys; (d) cleaning schedules and students' re...
College’s Obligations. 2.1 To provide the Services subject to clause 2.2 below. 2.2 The College will only be obliged to provide heating between 1 October and the following 30 April (inclusive). The College will exercise its discretion in providing heating outside this period, taking into account the welfare of students. 2.3 To ensure all maintenance issues are dealt with as soon as possible after being reported (see clause 1.10). Rent rebates for extended periods where services are suspended will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, and through referral to the College Building Committee or its delegate. 2.4 Except in the case of an emergency, for disrepair reported by the Student (or other matter preventing the Accommodation from being used) and for the purposes of routine cleaning to give the Student reasonable notice prior to entering the Accommodation during term-time. The College reserves the right to carry out room inspections without prior notice. 2.5 To maintain whenever possible an environment suitable for quiet study and not to interrupt the Student’s occupation of the Accommodation during the Tenancy Period more than is reasonably necessary. 2.6 Not to disclose personal information obtained from the Student except as permitted by clause 3.2 of this Tenancy Agreement or where there is serious risk of harm to the Student, to others or the College’s Property. 2.7 To make available to the Student for inspection by prior arrangement the College’s: a. Appropriate Risk Assessments e.g. such as fire b. Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) policy or appropriate policy c. The College’s Premises’ Licences. 2.8 Before the end of the second week of the Tenancy Period the College will provide the Student with information and advice on: a. College’s Obligations. In operating the Program at Facility, College agrees to: Assume full responsibility of the planning and implementation of Program including, but not limited to the clinical objectives and on-going evaluation of the performance of the assigned students; Communicate directly with a designated member of the of the Facility staff regarding any matters relative to the operation of the Program at the Facility; Notify Facility, of its planned schedule of student assignments, including the names of student, level of academic status, and length and dates of clinical practice for each student; Advise the assigned student of the responsibility of complying with the existing rules and regulations of Facility; Instruct assigned students and faculty that confidentiality of personal information of the clients/patients of Facility must be maintained at all times by student and faculty of College as required by law and the policies of Facility and that the obligation to maintain confidentiality shall continue even if this Agreement is terminated; Be responsible for all administrative functions related to the assigned students; Appoint a faculty member to provide the on-site supervisory and other professional administrative and managerial services for the Program as may be reasonably requested by Facility, including reporting to the “Facility Student Coordinator” (defined in Subsection 3.5 herein); and Maintain in force a policy of professional liability insurance for students and faculty with limits of one million ($1,000,000.00) for each individual occurrence and three million ($3,000,000.00) aggregate damage. Each student will be required to sign a waiver or release of the Facility.

College’s ObligationsThe College agrees with the Tenant as follows: 5.1 That if the Tenant pays the Rent and performs all the obligations of the Tenant under the Tenancy Agreement, then the Tenant may quietly possess and enjoy the Room during the Tenancy Period without any interruption from the College or any person acting on the College's behalf (save as otherwise expressly set out in the Tenancy Agreement to the contrary); 5.2 To maintain and repair the structure of the Building including the window frames and window glass; 5.3 To maintain, repair, decorate and provide adequate heating and lighting to the Building Common Parts and the Flat/House Common Parts; 5.4 To maintain all Service Media serving the Flat/House, the Building Common Parts and the Flat/House Common Parts; 5.5 To provide an adequate supply of hot and cold water, heating and electrical power to the Flat/House; 5.6 To provide security facilities for the Building; 5.7 To provide and maintain equipment in the Building Common Parts and the Flat/House Common Parts;

Otherwise the College will aim to give 7 days prior notice for planned maintenance work and 24 hours prior notice for other purposes, including non-urgent repairs. 2.3 Not to interrupt the Student’s occupation of the Accommodation more than is reasonably necessary, particularly during examination periods. 2.4 Not to disclose personal information obtained from the Student except as permitted by clause 3.3 of this licence agreement or where there is serious risk of harm to the Student to others or 2.5 To give a receipt for any of the Student’s property which is confiscated under the terms of this licence agreement. 2.6 To ensure security staff are clearly identified, and that any staff or contractors requiring access to the Accommodation carries and allows the Student to inspect appropriate identification documents. 2.7 Maintain the College Common Parts and Common Facilities in good order and repair, and keep any equipment there in proper working order. 2.8 To ensure clear and appropriate instructions for use are given for any equipment which the Student needs to operate in the College.
