Data Center Shift Work. A. Management may implement a three-day workweek within its seven-day per week, twenty-four hour per day requirements for bargaining unit staff performing shift work in the Judiciary Data Center Computer Operations Unit (hereupon referred to as “Unit”). Unit staff will be organized into four work teams with each team assigned to work a schedule consisting of three consecutive days with the following four days off. Each scheduled workday will consist of 11 hours, 40 minutes plus an unpaid thirty-minute lunch (total of 12 hours, 10 minutes). The total workweek will remain at 35 hours. This schedule will provide for a ten minute overlap of the following shift for work turnover.

  • Shift Work Shift work is work not in excess of ordinary hours (ie 38 hours per week), but carried out wholly or partly between the hours of 7.00pm and 7.00am, Monday to Friday. Shift work is work scheduled at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of the shift. Employees required to work shift work will be paid at time and one quarter of the ordinary rate per hour for ordinary hours worked.

  • Work Site Work site shall be defined as a college campus or any other place designated by management where instruction and/or services are performed.

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.

  • Installation Services 3.1 The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Work Area The specific work area and/or crew an employee reports to on a daily schedule. Work areas are generally smaller divisions of a larger Bid Area.
