Deliverables/Milestones. The Recipient will:
(a) participate in Destination BC’s annual Integrated Planning process, starting in Quarter 3 of each Fiscal Year, and contribute to (i) an updated situational analysis, (ii) a review of Destination BC’s program priorities included in the Agreement, and (iii) the development of Destination BC’s annual Regional Operations Plan and Budget; participate in the annual integrated RDMO-DBC Program planning process with each Destination BC Program within the scope of this Agreement to prepare an annual Regional Operations Plan and Budget which will be submitted to Destination BC for review at least 30 days prior to the start of each Fiscal Year of the Term. The annual Regional Operations Plan and Budget will describe the key priorities related to each Destination BC Program, related Projects, deliverables, and associated goals, measures, and targets. The Regional Operations Plan and Budget will also include a financial budget that identifies the planned sources and uses of the Financial Contribution received by the Recipient.
(b) participate in a Quarterly Planning and Performance review, held within 45 days of the end of each quarter, as an opportunity to (i) provide Project status updates, (ii) discuss Project performance against key measures, (iii) discuss financial results against approved budget, and (iv) discuss issues and required actions.
(c) participate in an Annual Performance Review to be held in person to review and discuss the overall performance of contracted services.
Deliverables/Milestones. The Recipient will:
(a) participate in an integrated RDMO-DBC Program planning process with each Destination BC Program within the scope of this Agreement to finalize the Transitional 2021/2022 Regional Operations Plan to be submitted to Destination BC by September 30, 2021. The parties recognize that 2021/2022 is a transitional year and the Recipient may have made commitments that cannot be unwound quickly. The Transitional 2021/2022 Regional Operations Plan will recognize this and include a plan to fully transition to the full accountabilities noted in this agreement by April 1, 2022;
(b) participate in Destination BC’s annual Integrated Corporate Planning process, held during Quarter 3 of each Fiscal Year, and contribute to (i) an updated situational analysis, (ii) a review of Destination BC’s strategic corporate priorities, (iii) Destination BC programs included in the Agreement, and (iv) the development of Destination BC’s annual Operations Plan and Budget;
(c) participate in the annual integrated RDMO-DBC Program planning process with each Destination BC Program within the scope of this Agreement to finalize the annual Regional Operations Plan which will be submitted to Destination BC for review at least 30 days prior to the start of each Fiscal Year of the Term. The annual Regional Operations Plan will describe the key priorities related to each Destination BC Program, related Projects, deliverables, and associated goals, measures, and targets;
(d) participate in the development of a Project Charter for all Projects that the Recipient participates in with Destination BC staff during the Term. Each individual Project Charter will provide a comprehensive overview of the project that allows all parties involved to reach agreement and document major aspects of the project such as the objectives, the scope, the deliverables, key performance measures and targets, and the resources required. Each individual Project Charter is required to be reviewed and approved by the Chief Executive Officer of Destination BC and the Chief Executive Officer of the Recipient before being finalized; and
(e) participate in Destination BC’s Quarterly Corporate Planning and Performance Forum, held within 45 days of the end of each quarter, as an opportunity to (i) provide Project status updates, (ii) discuss Project performance against key measures, and (iii) discuss issues and required actions.
Deliverables/Milestones. List all deliverables and milestones as stated in the FA, with start and end dates. Calculate the total project duration. However, this does not change the original milestones in your FA. Deliverables/Milestones. To deliver the outputs, the Recipient must commit and provide the following: • elected BCSGS Board of Directors (to govern, develop and oversee policy related to the management of and participation in 55+ BC Games); and, • updated Policy and Procedures Manual for the BCSGS, 55+ BC Games Rules (for Games sports) and General Rules Book (operations manuals containing policies, procedures, guidelines referenced in this agreement). These resources can be found at xxxxx://xxx.00xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/ • participate in reviews, stakeholder consultations and other engagement opportunities, including those with the Minister and Ministry staff; • ensure a representative from the BCSGS is present at scheduled meetings with the Minister and Ministry. The Recipient will provide the following: • Manage the delivery (governance and operational matters) of the 55+ BC Games. To this end, work with the Kelowna 2019 55+ BC Games and Richmond 2020 55+ BC Games host societies to prepare for the respective Games; • Provide professional event management services and support to host communities to help deliver the Games on budget, on time and to standards, thereby helping to develop hosting expertise in host communities; • Develop a revenue generation plan to augment Government funding to support future sustainability of 55+ BC Games. This can include fund development and/or support to enhance 55+ BC Games corporate sponsorships, local Friends of the Games, host society operating grants, self-generated and diversified revenue sources and/or in-kind contributions; • Provide to the Host Society criteria for the distribution of a Legacy Fund as an outcome of hosting the Games; funding support to host communities as per schedule B; • Through the annual Games and zone competitions, promote opportunities for seniors to participate in sport and maintain an active lifestyle. Through the delivery of the Services the Province wishes to realize the following outcomes and, without limiting the obligation of the Recipient to comply with other provisions of this Part, the Recipient must use commercially reasonable efforts to achieve them:
a) sport, community and economic development legacies for the host communities and province (such as skilled and trained volunteers, economic and tourism benefits, sport programs and/or increased participation; improved facilities and/or equipment);
b) equitable and accessible opportunities for older adults to participate and achieve in sport through the provision o...
Deliverables/Milestones. In connection with the Services specified in Section 1.1.1, Supplier will provide the following Deliverables: Deliverables completed in the same time period or for the same phase may be grouped into “Milestones” for purposes of Deliverable Acceptance and invoicing. Deliverables will be reviewed or approved by PSE in accordance with the following process: Supplier will submit a completed Deliverable or Milestone and a copy of the “Deliverable Acceptance Form” (attached hereto as Exhibit A) to the PSE Contact identified in Section 5 (unless otherwise identified by PSE). The PSE Contact will conduct a review to determine the Deliverables’ conformance with the SOW specifications. Upon completion of this review the PSE Contact will complete the Deliverable Acceptance Form indicating acceptance or rejection, and will return the Deliverable Acceptance Form to Supplier. If a Deliverable is neither accepted nor rejected within ten (10) business days, the Deliverable will be deemed to have been accepted by PSE without change or comment. PSE may also request an extension to the acceptance period, which will not be unreasonably withheld. If PSE rejects a Deliverable, PSE will provide Supplier with a written description of the reason for rejection on the Deliverable Acceptance Form. If the identified discrepancies are mutually agreed to be within the Project specifications, Supplier will rework the Deliverable at its sole cost, as necessary to achieve its conformance with the specifications. If the discrepancies are mutually agreed to be outside the specifications, PSE will either accept the Deliverable as-is or request a change order. If the Parties cannot come to an agreement regarding the discrepancies, the issue will be elevated to their respective management teams to discuss the Deliverable and SOW specifications in detail and in good faith. The table below includes all costs to be paid by PSE in connection with the performance of the Services. All costs are based on the scope and assumptions included in this SOW. The grand total amount shown below will not be exceeded except as specified in Section 4.1. Deliverables/Milestones. All Services shall be completed on or before the Completion Date set forth above unless the parties hereafter revise the completion date.
Deliverables/Milestones. 28.1.1. The Operator shall mobilise and commence delivery of the Service for a coordinated launch day, with that date to be agreed with Operators ahead of Contract Award.
28.1.2. The entire Service shall be delivered within twelve (12) months from the date of first day of operation of a publicly available service.

SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS
29.1.1. TfL expects a minimum viable e-scooter service to be fully functional for the launch dates agreed.
29.1.2. TfL, with representation from London Councils and Participating Boroughs, will agree service level agreements with the Operators ahead of the Trial. At a minimum this will include the minimum number of e-scooters in any Full-service Borough (see section 9.2); the regularity and real time availability (where appropriate) of the critical metrics/ key performance indicators (see section 14) that are required as part of the Permitted Fleet Size Review process, and performance of the API and two way data sharing with the Data Platform.
29.1.3. The precise nature of any service level agreements and their reporting frequencies will be subject to agreement within 7 days of the Administration Agreement Commencement Date, with the possibility for review during the course of the Trial.
