Elements of Institution Transfer Program. 1.1 Institution shall accept eligible students (“eligible students”) who have attended or graduated from CCCS Schools with an Associate Degree, if the students complete and submit Institution’s application for admission, have met Institution’s admission criteria, and are not otherwise disqualified by federal or state law, or any policy of Institution or the USM. To be an eligible student, the applicant must: 1.1.1 Certify on the admissions application that they have graduated from a state-approved or regionally accredited U.S. high school or achieved one of the required equivalencies under USM Policy III-4.00; have completed high school or 60 or more credit hours of an Associate’s Degree; have satisfied Institution’s English proficiency requirement; and have satisfied and all other admissions requirements under UMGC Policy 210.00 Undergraduate Admission Policy (“UMGC Admissions Policy”) (available at:xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/administration/policies-and-reporting/policies/academic-affairs/undergraduate-admissions.cfm); and 1.1.2 Be in good standing at their CC, and not subject to disciplinary expulsions or suspensions in accordance with Section III.E. of the UMGC Undergraduate Admission Policy); and 1.1.3 Not require F1 visa or I20 applicants or other visas that requires sponsorship from Institution. 1.2 Institution will waive the Institution admission application fee for eligible students. 1.3 Both Parties shall post these requirements for eligible students on their respective websites. If the parties create a joint landing page, they may satisfy this provision by posting the requirements on their joint landing page. 1.4 Neither Party may advertise or market guaranteed admission without stating clearly it is for “eligible students only” and providing a link or cite to the requirements of each institution. 1.5 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Institution shall provide students graduating from CCCS Schools with an Associate Degree with the opportunity to seamlessly transfer into Institutions Bachelor’s programs as set forth in the Institution catalog that is applicable at the time the CCCS Student applies for admission to Institution. 1.6 Institution shall accept transfer of CCCS School credits up to a maximum of seventy (70) credit hours in accordance with Maryland law and regulations and applicable Institution policies and provided that the student does not take the equivalent course at Institution. 1.7 Institution shall accept credit for...

Elements of Institution Transfer Program. 1.1 For each participating CCCS School, the associate degree programs and credits that articulate into a job-embedded Bachelor of Arts degree at Institution are listed in a form attached to this Agreement under Exhibit B (each a “Transfer Guide”). 1.2 CCCS Students and alumni who meet all of the criteria listed in Section 1.3 below will be accepted by Institution, without further review of academic credentials, subject to the requirement that all candidates at Institution must be “job embedded.” This means they must each have weekly access, through employment or volunteer service, to a workplace relevant to PK12 education, and they must each perform the minimum hours of work or service per week as prescribed by the applicable Institution program. CCCS Students who meet the Transfer Admission Criteria with the requisite employment verification will be admitted with junior standing in the BA degree program indicated on the Transfer Guide. 1.3 The following requirements must be met for transfer admission to the Institution (“Transfer Admission Criteria”): 1.3.1 The CCCS Student will have received an associate degree listed on the applicable Transfer Guide prior to the date of intended matriculation at Institution. 1.3.2 The CCCS Student will have taken all of the required courses on the Transfer Guide. 1.3.3 The CCCS Student’s cumulative grade point average at the CCCS School must be 2.0 or higher, and a grade of “C” or better is required in all non-remedial courses applied toward the bachelor’s degree. 1.3.4 The CCCS Student must obtain, prior to application to Institution, a full- or part-time job (or volunteer position) in a workplace relevant to PK12 education where the student will have at least 15 hours per week of access to a classroom (or similar) learning environment for the course of the BA program at Institution. Institution requires employment verification as a condition of enrollment. 1.3.5 The CCCS Student must complete the application at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx and submit the required materials, including transcripts and diplomas. 1.4 Any CCCS Student who is admitted to Institution through the Institution Transfer Program (“CCCS Transfer Student”) will be subject to all of the remaining graduation requirements at Institution.

Junior academic status with no more than sixty (60) semester credits remaining to satisfy the one hundred twenty (120) semester credits required for completion of any of the bachelor’s degree programs referred to in Exhibit B hereto. 1.2 Any CCCS Student who is admitted to Institution through the Institution Transfer Program (“CCCS 1.3 A CCCS Student who desires to participate in the Regis Transfer Program is required to earn six (6) semester credit hours of courses in Philosophy and six (6) semester credit hours of courses in Religious Studies. If such course credit hours are not included in the course credit hours that are earned at and transferred from the CCCS School, they may be earned through courses taken at Regis or any CCCS School subsequent to the CCCS Student’s transfer to Regis; provided, however, any CCCS Transfer Student who is admitted to Regis to complete the BAS program referred to in Exhibit B hereto through courses that are not exclusively sixteen (16) weeks in length must take the following course at Regis: HU 366-Leading Lives that Matter. CCCS Students should consult the Transfer Guide set forth in Exhibit C hereto or consult with a Regis academic advisor to identify courses that will satisfy the Philosophy and Religious Studies course requirements referred to in this Section 1.3. 1.4 Completion of the CCS course requirements as described in Exhibit C hereto that qualify for transfer under the Regis Transfer Program does not guarantee admission to Regis.   • Agreements with Foreign Banking Institutions Each agreement with a foreign banking institution shall provide that: (a) the assets of each Portfolio will not be subject to any right, charge, security interest, lien or claim of any kind in favor of the foreign banking institution or its creditors or agent, except a claim of payment for their safe custody or administration; (b) beneficial ownership for the assets of each Portfolio will be freely transferable without the payment of money or value other than for custody or administration; (c) adequate records will be maintained identifying the assets as belonging to each applicable Portfolio; (d) officers of or auditors employed by, or other representatives of the Custodian, including to the extent permitted under applicable law the independent public accountants for the Fund, will be given access to the books and records of the foreign banking institution relating to its actions under its agreement with the Custodian; and (e) assets of the Portfolios held by the foreign sub-custodian will be subject only to the instructions of the Custodian or its agents.

  • DEPOSIT OF FUND ASSETS WITH THE UNDERLYING TRANSFER AGENT Underlying Shares beneficially owned by the Fund, on behalf of a Portfolio, shall be deposited and/or maintained in an account or accounts maintained with an Underlying Transfer Agent and the Custodian’s only responsibilities with respect thereto shall be limited to the following: 1) Upon receipt of a confirmation or statement from an Underlying Transfer Agent that such Underlying Transfer Agent is holding or maintaining Underlying Shares in the name of the Custodian (or a nominee of the Custodian) for the benefit of a Portfolio, the Custodian shall identify by book-entry that such Underlying Shares are being held by it as custodian for the benefit of such Portfolio. 2) In respect of the purchase of Underlying Shares for the account of a Portfolio, upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall pay out monies of such Portfolio as so directed, and record such payment from the account of such Portfolio on the Custodian’s books and records. 3) In respect of the sale or redemption of Underlying Shares for the account of a Portfolio, upon receipt of Proper Instructions, the Custodian shall transfer such Underlying Shares as so directed, record such transfer from the account of such Portfolio on the Custodian’s books and records and, upon the Custodian’s receipt of the proceeds therefor, record such payment for the account of such Portfolio on the Custodian’s books and records. The Custodian shall not be liable to the Fund for any loss or damage to the Fund or any Portfolio resulting from the maintenance of Underlying Shares with an Underlying Transfer Agent except for losses resulting directly from the fraud, negligence or willful misconduct of the Custodian or any of its agents or of any of its or their employees.

  • Reliance by Financial Institution The Financial Institution is not obligated to investigate or inquire whether the Secured Party may deliver a Secured Party Order. The Financial Institution may rely on communications (including Secured Party Orders) believed by it in good faith to be genuine and given by the proper party.

  • Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Notification The Participant must report securities held (including Shares) or any bank or brokerage accounts opened and maintained outside Belgium on the Participant’s annual tax return. In a separate report, the Participant is required to report to the National Bank of Belgium the details of such accounts opened and maintained outside Belgium. This report, as well as additional information on how to complete it, can be found on the website of the National Bank of Belgium, xxx.xxx.xx, under the Kredietcentrales / Centrales des crédits caption.
