Eligibility for Residence. To be eligible to live in residence, students must be enrolled at Queen’s University in an undergraduate, graduate, or professional school program delivered at the BISC, or be studying at the Xxxxx International Study Centre on a Letter of Permission. A student who withdraws academically from the Xxxxx International Study Centre will be required to leave residence. It is the right and responsibility of the Xxxxx International Study Centre to verify the enrolment status of students in residence, and to ensure students studying on a Tier 4 visa comply with UK Visas and Immigration guidelines and policies.
Eligibility for Residence. For the purposes of this license the term incoming freshmen and incoming transfer student is defined as those students who are new to the university for Fall 2023. Full time incoming freshmen and transfer undergraduate students with fewer than 60 earned credits are required to live on-campus for two years. Students who wish to seek an exception to this policy within the exceptions listed below, are required to apply for permission to commute daily to campus. For purposes of the Fall 2023/Spring 2024 academic year full-time returning students not subject to the residency requirement, graduate students, second degree or life-long learning students may be offered residency during an academic semester.
Eligibility for Residence. To be eligible for residence, a student must be enrolled and attending the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. The Department reserves the right not to extend an offer to students who have demonstrated a disregard for the terms and conditions of the Contract or the rules and regulations of the University.
Eligibility for Residence. A student must be enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to be eligible for housing (3 credits during Intersessions and 3 credits each Summer Session). If a student drops below six (6) credit hours they must apply in writing to the Director of Housing or his/her designee, for permission to remain in residency. Dropping below 6 hours or registering for less than 6 hours does not automatically constitute a release from the Housing Contract. The Room Cancellation Policy process must be followed for consideration for release from contract. During Summer sessions, students may reside in Housing if employed by the University for summer months or are registered for Fall 2008 classes.
Eligibility for Residence. A person must be enrolled as a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate student to be eligible for University Housing. Applications for University Housing from students enrolled in other PACE University schools and programs will be considered on a space-available basis. A resident may be required to depart from University Housing if enrolled credit hours drop below full-time status, at the discretion of the Director of Housing or his or her designee. The Director of Housing, or his or her designee, has the discretion to make exceptions regarding eligibility for housing depending on documented academic circumstances.
Eligibility for Residence. Only full-time registered students regularly enrolled at the University by the last day for late registration and change of roster for the respective semester according to the standard academic calendar may occupy an accommodation. Space permitting, part-time students may be eligible at the discretion of Residence Life and Community Development. Families and individuals with children cannot be accommodated.
Eligibility for Residence. 6. Only students enrolled in a full time program of study at Fanshawe College during the residency terms covered by this Agreement are eligible for residence accommodation under this Agreement. Provision of residence accommodation is conditional on the applicant/student registering and maintaining his or her status as a full-time student during the entire residency terms. By signing this Agreement, the applicant/student consents to the Registrar’s Office disclosing his or her academic standing and status to the Residence Manager on the understanding that use and disclosure of this information shall only be for the purpose of administering the terms of this Agreement.
Eligibility for Residence. To be eligible for residence in CUIMC on campus housing during the academic year, residents must be registered as a full‐time degree candidate at CUIMC for an approved program of academic work as determined by the school in which the student is enrolled. Residents will be asked to leave CUIMC on-campus housing, if their status drops to part-time. If a Resident ceases to be a full-time student at CUIMC, the Occupancy Agreement will end thirty days (30) after such termination and Resident agrees to vacate the apartment not later than the end of such thirty (30) day period. At any time during the term of the Occupancy Agreement, Resident agrees upon request to furnish the OHS with proof that Resident is a full-time student at CUIMC within seven (7) days of the request. Resident’s failure to xxxxxxx said proof shall be a material breach of this Agreement. Graduates have until the last day of the month in which they graduate to move out of CUIMC housing. May graduates must move out by the last day of their Occupancy Agreement.

A Student who drops to fewer than three courses in any term must notify the Residence Admissions Office and may be required to leave residence. A Student who withdraws academically from the University, or who is required to withdraw for academic or health reasons, will be required to leave residence. Queen’s Residences may verify the enrollment status of students in residence at any time without expressed consent.
