Entitlement to Personal Leave Sample Clauses

Entitlement to Personal Leave. Employees are entitled to personal/carer’s leave under this Agreement, from the date of lodgement of this Agreement, in accordance with the AFPCS. An Employee, other than a casual Employee, shall be entitled to paid personal carer’s leave of 1/26th of their nominal hours worked per annum (ie ten (10) days per year).
Entitlement to Personal LeaveAn employee (other than a casual employee) who has a personal leave credit: 8.3.1.1 Is entitled to take personal leave if the employee is too sick to work; or 8.3.1.2 Who is on annual leave, is entitled to take personal leave if the person is too sick to work for a period of at least 3 consecutive days. Personal leave so taken does not count as annual leave.
Entitlement to Personal Leave. A member of the Employee Unit shall be granted upon request, three (3) days of personal leave per year without loss of salary to attend to personal matters.

Employees shall submit any such request in writing to the Superintendent of Schools not later than August 1st.

Entitlement to Personal LeaveNotwithstanding sections 245, 250, 254 and 256 of the Act, the Employer agrees that it is will accept proof as set out in paragraph (d) and (e) of this clause in lieu of any document otherwise required under sections 254 and 256 of the Act.
Entitlement to Personal Leave. Full time and part-time employees are entitled to Personal Leave without loss of pay when absent due to: 🟋 Sick Leave - personal illness or injury; or �� Carers Leave - for the purpose of caring for an immediate family or household member that is sick and requires the employee's care and support; or 🟋 Xxxxxxxxxxx Leave - the bereavement of the death of an immediate family or household member.

Entitlement to Personal Leave. 23.2.1 A team member, other than a casual, is entitled to personal leave in circumstances where the team member cannot attend work as rostered due to: (i) a personal illness, or injury affecting the team member (personal purposes); or (ii) the need to provide care or support to a member of team member’s immediate family or household who requires care or support because of a personal illness or injury or an unexpected emergency affecting that immediate family or household member (carer’s purposes). 23.2.2 A team member is entitled, for each year of service, to 10 days of personal leave in accordance with the NES.
