Entitlement to Personal Leave. A member of the Employee Unit shall be granted upon request, three (3) days of personal leave per year without loss of salary to attend to personal matters.

Entitlement to Personal Leave. Notwithstanding sections 245, 250, 254 and 256 of the Act, the Employer agrees that it is will accept proof as set out in paragraph (d) and (e) of this clause in lieu of any document otherwise required under sections 254 and 256 of the Act.
