EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Rod Shows reserves the right to stop or remove from the event any Vendor/Exhibitor, their employees or guests, performing any act or practice which in the opinion of the Rod Shows is objectionable or detracts from the dignity and integrity of the event. No vulgar language or alcoholic beverage consumption will be tolerated on the event site. Vendors/Exhibitors removed will not be eligible for a refund of their space costs. Your booth must be staffed at all times during show hours. Rod Shows does not supply labor or materials for exhibitor. Rod Shows does not allow exhibitor personnel to work in inappropriate or suggestive attire as deemed so by them. Swimwear, thongs, mini shorts, or bikinis are not allowed. Celebrity and poster girl signings in Vendor booths must be pre-approved by Xxx Xxxxx. No vulgar products and/or services shall be sold, promoted, or demonstrated (this includes undergarments). Each Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for any and all damage to property caused by their staff, personnel, or any of their representatives while on the event grounds. All demonstration areas must be within the exhibit space not to interfere with any normal pedestrian traffic in the isles or in the neighboring space. The distribution of literature or promotional items is limited to the Exhibit booth area assigned to Vendor. HOSPITALITY Vendors/Exhibitors are not permitted to Host or Sponsor any hospitality or other function that attracts buyers/customers away from the event during show hours. No Scooters, Hoverboards, Segways, Golf Carts, Bicycles, Motorcycles, Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol or Animals are permitted. ADA Scooters or Service dogs with the proper certification are exempt. SOUND DEVICES No Sound amplification devices are allowed. Objectionable sound and lyrics will not be tolerated. Vendors must keep noise at a minimum for demonstrations or music in their respective space. Give away items in which noise can be made is not allowed. Rod Shows assumes no responsibility for shipped items. There is no storage on site. Deliveries to exhibitor must be received and signed for by the exhibitor. The event decorator can arrange to store, deliver, and ship your freight for a fee. All costs of these services are the responsibility of the Vendor/Exhibitor payable to the decorator. CLEANING Exhibitors must keep booth space clean and presentable to the public. Trash may be swept into aisles after show closing for removal by facility maintenance personnel.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Exhibitor shall cause its employees, agents, and volunteers to conduct themselves in an appropriate, professional and workmanlike manner when on EAA AirVenture Oshkosh grounds and when interacting with any person or persons as part of any gathering sponsored by EAA. EAA may remove and exclude any person or persons including without limitation Exhibitor employees, agents and contractors if, in EAA’s sole and absolute discretion, EAA determines that this provision has been violated.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. 4.1 All Exhibitors must attend the safety briefing session, details of which will be provided ahead of the set-up period. All staff employed by Exhibitors must be made aware of the information contained in the welcome pack and given at the health and safety briefing (including, without limitation any safety measures required as a result of any virus or other disease mitigation measures as outlined in clauses 4.20 - 4.21 below). Failure to comply with this poses a Health and Safety issue and may result in the forfeit of the Exhibitor Bond and/or the termination of the right to trade. It may be necessary to provide the safety briefing via a recorded video, if this is the case links will be provided in advance of the event and it is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure all staff working at the Christmas Market have seen the video.
4.2 All Exhibitors must wear their identification badge at all times. These badges will be issued by WCEL before the start of the Market.
4.3 Exhibitors shall co-operate and comply with all reasonable requests and all other rules and regulations that may be advised from time to time by WCEL acting through the Duty Managers and Stewards, as well as any Security, Emergency Services and Hampshire County Council officers and all other official organisations on site.
4.4 Exhibitors shall not make any alterations or additions to any Chalet without our prior consent. No building out or alterations to the external structure of Chalets will be permitted. No external extensions to the roofs will be allowed and no adornments will be allowed on any roofs without our prior consent. All shelving, extra tables, and display cabinets must be provided by the Exhibitors. Should you need to attach screws or nails to the Chalet structure, then this is only permitted on the upright frame, and not the horizontal slats of the Chalet. Anything attached to the Chalets, including all pins, nails and screws must be removed before you leave the Christmas Market. Failure to comply with the above will result in the forfeit of the Exhibitor Bond.
4.5 Exhibitors must not overload their Chalet doors with display units as these cause the Chalet doors to drop. Exhibitors will be charged for all remedial work required on the Chalet doors and any damage found to be caused by the Exhibitors. Repeated callouts for repairs to damage caused by Exhibitors will result in the forfeit of the Exhibitor Bond.
4.6 Exhibitors must not place or hang goods beyond the boundar...
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Retail sales are absolutely prohibited during the course of the show. Infraction of this rule will result in the closure of your exhibit. Subject to the foregoing, the distribution of samples, souvenirs, publications, etc., or other sales or sales promotion activities must be conducted by Exhibitor only from within their booth. The distribution of any articles that interfere with the activities or obstruct access to neighboring booths, or that impedes aisles, is prohibited. No article containing any product other than the product or materials made or processed or used or sold by Exhibitor in their products or service may be distributed except by written permission of show management.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Exhibitor and all of its representatives shall conduct themselves at all times in accordance with normal standards of decorum, and good taste. GCSCS reserves the right to eject from the Exhibition any Exhibitor or representative violating those standards.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Exhibitor may distribute samples, souvenirs, permitted publications and similar items, or conduct other sales or sales promotion activities only from within its Exhibit Space. Management retains sole discretion to approve, control or prohibit retail sales and what types of samples and other items may be distributed and where such samples may be distributed. Any Exhibitor demonstration, distribution or activity that results in obstruction of aisles or prevents ready access to other exhibitors’ booths is prohibited and shall be suspended permanently or for any periods specified by Management.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Retail sales at the Exhibition are permitted, provided that the Exhibitor complies with all laws and regulations regarding retail sales including but not limited to all laws and regulations regarding payment of sales tax. Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Management, the Sponsor, Owner, Exhibition Hall Facility, and City in which this Exhibition is being held, their Officers, Agents and Employees, against all claims, losses, suits, damages, judgments, expenses, costs and charges of every kind resulting from retail sales of its products at the Exhibition. The Management shall not be responsible for loss or damage to goods made available for retail sale or the proceeds from the sale of such goods belonging to the Exhibitor, whether resulting from fire, storms, acts of God, air conditioning or heating failure, theft, pilferage, mysterious disappearance, bomb threats or other causes. All such items are brought to the Exhibition and sold and displayed at Exhibitor’s own risk, and should be safeguarded at all times. The distribution of samples, souvenirs, publications, etc., or other sales or sales promotion activities must be conducted by Exhibitor only from within his booth. The distribution of any articles that interferes with the activities or obstructs access to neighboring booths, or that impedes aisles, is prohibited. No article containing any product other than the product or materials made or processed or used by Exhibitor in his product or service may be distributed except by written permission of Management. The Exhibitor shall conduct and operate its exhibit so as not to annoy, endanger, or interfere with the rights of other Exhibitors and visitors. Any practice resulting in complaints from any other Exhibitor or any visitor who, in the opinion of Management, interferes with the right of others or exposes them to annoyance or danger, may be prohibited by Management.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Exhibitor and all of its representatives shall conduct themselves at all times in accordance with normal standards of decorum, and good taste. TGE reserves the right to eject from the Exhibition any Exhibitor or representative violating those standards.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Exhibitor and its representatives shall not congregate or solicit trade in the aisles. The prior written consent of NTCA is required for the employment or use of any live model, demonstrator, solicitor or device for the mechanism reproduction of sound. Such employment or use shall be confined to the Exhibit Space. The prior written consent of NTCA also is required for the use of any drawings, lotteries, product surveys or contests. NTCA, in its sole and absolute discretion, may deny or withdraw its consent at any time, in which event Exhibitor shall terminate such activity immediately. Exhibitor understands and agrees sales shall not be made or orders consummated at any of the exhibit facilities. NTCA may exclude or require modification of any display or demonstration which, in its sole discretion, it considers unsuitable, objectionable, or not in keeping with the character of the EXPO. NTCA may demand the modification of the appearance or dress of persons or mannequins, discontinuance of the use of amplifying equipment, removal or modification printed material, equipment, signs, objects of art or costumes, or any other action. Exhibitor shall comply with any exhibit modification or exclusions as requested by NTCA.
EXHIBITOR CONDUCT. Retail sales are prohibited during the Exhibition and entitle Management to shut down the Exhibit Space and remove Exhibitor from the Venue. Subject to the foregoing, Exhibitor may distribute samples, souvenirs, permitted publications and similar items, or conduct other sales or sales promotion activities only from within the Exhibit Space. Management retains sole discretion to approve, control or prohibit which samples and other items may be distributed and where such samples may be distributed. Any Exhibitor demonstration, distribution or activity that results in obstruction of aisles or prevents ready access to other exhibitors’ booths is prohibited and shall be suspended permanently or for any periods specified by Management.
