Xxxxxx the Xxxx Catholic School will withhold the release of report cards, progress reports, and transcripts if the student owes outstanding fees or fines for the following: tuition payments, defaced, damaged, or lost books, books not returned, library fines, After SchoolCare fees, Kid’s Cafe fees.
Fees and Fines a. You agree to pay all fees, including, but not limited to processing fees and monthly service fees as specified during the application process, the account information page accessed through the Helcim Dashboard, and in accordance with this Agreement and any other agreement between you and Helcim. You also agree to pay Helcim the amount of any fees, charges, or penalties assessed against Helcim, as applicable, by any Association, Issuer, Acquirer, bank. or any other third-party provider of financial services (each a "Financial Services Provider").
b. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, you shall be responsible for all amounts imposed or assessed to you, Helcim, or a Financial Services Provider in connection with this Agreement (including the Operating Rules, as defined below) by third parties such as, but not limited to, Acquirer, Associations and third-party service providers (including telecommunication companies) to the extent that such amounts are not the direct result of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Helcim or the Financial Services Provider, as applicable. Such amounts include, but are not limited to, fees, fines, assessments, penalties, loss allocations etc. Any changes or increases in such amounts shall automatically become effective upon notice to you. In the event that Acquirer assesses Helcim with the cost of funds associated with a circumstance where Acquirer, for whatever reason, advances settlement or any amounts and/or delays the assessment of any fees, you shall be fully responsible for any portion of such assessment that is attributable to the Services provided to you.
c. Should Xxxxxx take any action against you to collect sums due hereunder, you agree to pay all costs associated with such collection efforts, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees.
Fees and Fines. (a) Costs, fines, interest, penalties, legal fees or costs of litigation incurred due to (1) the late payments of taxes, utility bills and other costs incurred by Landlord’s failure to make such payments when due, except such as may be incurred as a result of Tenant’s failure to timely pay its portion of such amounts, (2) the violation by Landlord of the terms of this Lease, or (3) the violation by Landlord or any party of the terms and conditions of any lease of space in the Industrial Center.
(b) Legal expenses except for legal expenses incurred with respect to the Industrial Center which relate directly to the operation of the Building and which benefit all of the tenants of the Building generally, such as legal proceedings to reduce property taxes.
(c) Costs, fees, dues, donations, contributions or similar expenses for any political, charitable, industry association or similar organization, as well as the cost of any newspaper magazine, trade or other subscription.
(d) In-house legal and accounting fees.
(e) Legal, auditing, consulting and professional fees, and all other costs paid or incurred in connection with sales, acquisitions, syndications, obtaining of permits or approvals, zoning proceedings or actions, environmental permits or actions, lawsuits, or any extraordinary transactions, occurrences or events.
Fees and Fines. Stripe will provide the Services to you at the rates and for the fees (“Fees”) described on the Pricing page, linked here and incorporated into this Agreement. The Fees include charges for Transactions (such as processing a payment) and for other events connected with your Stripe Account (such as handling a disputed charge). We may revise the Fees at any time. However, we will provide you with at least 30 days’ advance notice before revisions become applicable to you (or a longer period of notice if this is required by applicable Law). In addition to the Fees, you are also responsible for any penalties or fines imposed in relation to your Stripe Account on you or Stripe by Stripe or any Payment Method Provider or Payment Method Acquirer (each as defined in Section C) resulting from your use of Payment Processing Services in a manner not permitted by this Agreement or a Payment Method Provider’s rules and regulations. You are also obligated to pay all taxes, customs, duties, fees and other charges imposed by any governmental authority (“Taxes”), including any value added tax, goods and services tax, provincial sales tax and/or, harmonized sales tax, and/or withholding tax on the Services provided under this Agreement. If you are tax-exempt, you will provide us with an appropriate certificate or other evidence of tax exemption that is satisfactory to us. In the event you use the Services to make payments or payouts to any third party (including any other Stripe user or any third party who is not a Stripe user), you agree that you are responsible for determining what Taxes, if any, apply to those payments or payouts, and for assessing, collecting, reporting, and remitting applicable Taxes as required by Laws in all relevant jurisdictions. You agree Stripe is not responsible for assessing, collecting, reporting, or remitting any Taxes on Services provided under this Agreement and/or on any payments or payouts you make to any third party through the Services.

Unless waived by the court, there is generally an intake fee for each of the following participants: both parties in family law cases, and the respondent in cases when there is an injunction for protection against domestic violence. There are no fees for supervision of the visitations. All applicable intake fees are paid before the first visitation. Notification of cancellation should be made twenty-four (24) hours in advance or the CJC will notify the Court, which may result in the imposition of a fine in the amount of $20.00, or in an amount to be determined by the assigned judge or general master, upon the canceling party. Three (3) consecutive visitation cancellations by the same party, an absent showing of good cause, as determined by the assigned judge or general master, shall result in the imposition of a fine in the minimum amount of $20.00, or an amount to be determined by the assigned judge or general master, upon the canceling party.
Fees and Fines. (1) Should the LEA incur any audit costs, fines, or any other fees or damages imposed against it as a result of the security breach of the Provider’s system, the LEA shall be responsible for bearing such costs on its own.
(2) Provider will indemnify and defend the LEA from and against any claim, demand, suit or proceeding ("Claim") alleging financial harm, brought by a parent/guardian or teacher, as a result of a security data breach resulting from Provider's breach of security obligations under this Agreement. Provider, shall at its expense, defend such breach of security claim and pay damages finally awarded against the LEA in connection therewith, including the reasonable fees and expenses of the attorneys engaged by Provider for such defense, provided that the LEA: (i) promptly gives Provider written notice of the Claim; (ii) gives Provider sole and exclusive control and authority of the defense and/or settlement of the Claim (provided that Provider may not settle any Claim unless the settlement unconditionally releases LEA of all liability); and, (iii) provides to Provider all reasonable assistance therewith.

The Fees include charges for Transactions (such as processing a payment) and for other events connected with your Swifter Account (such as handling a disputed charge). We may revise the Fees at any time, upon at least 30 days’ advance notice before revisions become applicable to you (or such longer period as is required by applicable Law). Your continued use of the Service following such revision constitutes your consent thereto.
(b) In addition to the Fees, you are also responsible for any assessments, penalties or fines imposed in relation to your use of the Services on you, Swifter or the Sponsor Bank by the National Automated Clearing House Association under its rules and regulations or applicable Law.
