Guest Responsibility. 13.1 Guests are expected to comply with any regulations for use of the apartment. These are available on arrival and on our website. If any guest breaches any of these conditions or the regulations, we reserve the right to request a guest vacate their apartment immediately without refund. The number of people in an apartment must not exceed the sleeping capacity of the apartment.
Guest Responsibility. The Student agrees to inform guests of University and Provider policies and to accept responsibility for the behavior of any guest(s) including financial liability for any damages resulting from the actions of any guest(s). The student also agrees to remain with and escort their guest inside the housing facilities throughout their visit.
Guest Responsibility. 8.1 Skippers at Dundee gives no guarantee as to the condition, safety or suitability of the Services or the Facilities or Equipment. The Guest releases Skippers at Dundee from any liability for the loss caused by fault of Services or the Facilities or Equipment.
8.2 If there is a breakdown, or failure with the Services or the Facilities or Equipment, the Guest must immediately stop using the Facilities or Equipment and notify Skippers at Dundee.
8.3 The Guest must take all necessary steps to prevent injury occurring to persons or property as a result of the Facilities or Equipment.
8.4 The Guest must take all necessary steps to prevent any damage to the Facilities or Equipment itself.
8.5 The Guest must observe the no smoking policy in all interior spaces of the Facilities. This policy is strictly observed and monitored by smoke detection devices.
(a) If there is any evidence of smoking including a smoke odour the Guest will incur a minimum fee of $2,500 to cover the cleaning of linen, carpets, mattress and air-conditioning sterilisation;
(b) A loss of a Booking(s) due to additional cleaning required as a consequence of smoking will result in the lost Booking fees being charged to the Guest in addition to all cleaning fees;
8.6 You acknowledge that the presence of any pets in a room or the Facilities will result in Management incurring extra cleaning costs before the room or Facilities can be used by another Guest. You agree that any additional cleaning costs will be charged to the nominated credit card or invoiced.
8.7 Management reserves the discretion to determine evidence of pets. Any Booking lost due to additional cleaning required as a consequence of pets will result in the lost Booking amount being charged to the Guest in addition to all cleaning fees.
8.8 Extra cleaning charges may apply if venue and/ or rooms are left excessively dirty and if rubbish is not disposed of into bins provided.
8.9 Damage to surfaces as a result of markings (e.g. chalk, paint, pens etc.) will be charged to Guests in an amount equivalent to our estimated, reasonable costs to remove and repair the damage.
8.10 Any costs associated with unnecessarily discharging fire extinguishers or interfering with smoke alarms resulting in cleaning and damages will be charged to you. Further, you will be required to vacate the Property without further warning or refund.
Guest Responsibility. The supervision of children, babies, pets and any adults requiring care remains the responsibility of the guest at all times. Guests should put all furniture etc back to where it was at the beginning of the rental period. Guests should not leave any items at the property and, if left, the owner has the right to charge for the removal, return or disposal of those items. Damage, Loss, Theft: Guests agree to inform owners of any damage or loss however caused, excluding reasonable wear and tear incurred during occupation. Guests should not remove any item from the property. The owner may ask for reasonable replacement costs. Nuisance: Guests should not cause nuisance or annoyance to occupants of any nearby property. If, in our opinion, any person is not suitable to continue their occupation of the property because of unreasonable behaviour, damage or nuisance to other parties, the contract may be treated as discharged and we may repossess the property immediately. The guest will remain liable for the whole cost of rental and no refund shall be due. Access: Guests must allow reasonable access to the property by Bungalow at the Farm staff for maintenance if given reasonable notice. Security Deposit: We reserve the right to charge the Guest a security deposit which will be returned on departure. Wildlife: Our properties is in a rural area. Please therefore expect to meet some wildlife, including the odd spider, mouse, bird, fly, bee, wasp or other creature, which may make their way into a property unbeknownst to the owner. Spiders in particular are not considered to be a pest and consume up to 2000 other insects per year. If this is likely to be a problem, it would be best not to book. (If any of these creatures are encountered, do not panic, but contact the owner in a calm and reasonable way - but only if the creatures become a serious menace. Otherwise, just open a window or a door and let them out, as this is usually what they prefer.) Owners reserve the right to take no action if they do not consider the existence of the wild life to be a serious threat to health.
Guest Responsibility. 1. The Guest bears full material responsibility for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical facilities of the object, arising from his fault or from the fault of visitors, children under his care/supervision, up to the full amount. The property reserves the right to charge the Guest's credit card for any damage caused, even after his departure and after the damage is established.
2. Smoking of all tobacco derived products on the premises and in the immediate vicinity outside designated areas is strictly prohibited. The Facility is equipped with smoke detectors. The Facility
3. In case of unjustified activation of the fire or alarm system, a contractual penalty of 1000.00 PLN will be imposed on the Guest, as well as, the total cost of any fire/police/law enforcement intervention.
4. Children under 18. year of age must be on the premises under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians bear full material responsibility for any damage caused by children.
5. The Guest shall notify the reception of any damage as soon as it is discovered.
6. Due to the requirements of fire protection and general safety in the apartament, guests are not allowed to use heaters, microwave ovens, heaters, air conditioners, gas appliances and appliances powered by electricity, which do not belong to permanent equipment of the apartament. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer devices.
7. In case of violation of the provisions of the rules, the Facility may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such person is obliged to immediately comply with the requirements of the Facility, to settle the payment for previous services, to pay for possible damages and/or to leave the Facility.
Guest Responsibility. You accept responsibility for any loss, damage to the house and its contents; damage to the yard and surrounding area (e.g., meadow, xxxxx); and/or an extraordinary mess. If you pay by credit or debit card, you agree that Management may charge that card for any damage, excessive cleaning, and/or any other cost incurred due to your stay (see Clause 9, Security Deposit/Damage Protection). If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon check-in, inform us immediately. If you do break something, you agree to notify Management when it occurs so that we have ample time to replace it before the next guest arrives. You are also responsible for locking the house doors and windows when absent and for any valuables left in the house. You may purchase traveler insurance through online vendors. Note that the house has remotely monitored surveillance cameras to protect your security, as well as ours. The two cameras are positioned to monitor the driveway and main entrance only. You acknowledge that decks, steps, and bridge can be slippery when wet. Owl’s Hoot Chalet is in a natural setting; be aware that there may be snakes, spiders, ticks, bears, other wildlife, poison ivy and oak, and other hazards in the vicinity. Smokies Cabins is not responsible for an injury, illness, or death caused by wildlife, allergic reaction, or the physical setting.
Guest Responsibility. Guest accepts responsibility to properly maintain Property during occupancy and agrees to replace or repair and pay for any breakage, damage, or loss caused by Guest or Guest’s visitors during occupancy.
Guest Responsibility. All occupants are required to treat the home and its contents with care and to perform regular household duties such as cleaning dishes, taking out garbage and recycling, and locking all doors and windows when leaving. Should any problems with the property or damages occur, please notify the property manager immediately. Guests agree to use the premises, pool area, and equipment such as bicycles and kayaks, if available, at their own risk. The guest must supervise all members of his/her party while on the premises. All guests agree not to violate the quiet enjoyment of the surrounding neighbors and to respect their privacy and property. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Guest Responsibility. ● Children under the age of Children aged 13 or over should be under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians may be held financially liable for any damage resulting from the actions of children, in accordance with the principles set out in generally applicable law. ● The guest is financially liable for any damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of the Guesthouse resulting from due to his fault or the fault of people accompanying him or visiting him. ● The guest should inform the Reception Desk about the occurrence of damage immediately after discovering it. In particular, the Guest should immediately inform the Reception Desk about any damage to the hotel room, discovered after entering the room after registering the stay. ● The Guesthouse may charge the Guest's payment card after his departure for any damage caused by him in the Guesthouse or as payment for goods or services purchased additionally during the stay and not reported or paid for by the Guest before leaving the Guesthouse. The Guest may consent to pre-authorization of the payment card by signing the residence card. In such a case, the Guest authorizes the Guesthouse to collect the Hotel's payment from the payment card. ● In the event of a gross violation of the provisions of the Regulations, the Guesthouse may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately follow the recommendations of the Guesthouse representative, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damages and leave the Guesthouse. ● Whenever leaving the room, for safety reasons, the Guest should check that the windows and doors are closed, and also turn off the TV, turn off the light, close the taps and take careful care of the room access card. ● It is prohibited to use hotel towels to clean shoes or clean any other dirty items. It is strictly forbidden to take towels and other room furnishings after the stay at the Guesthouse. ● It is prohibited to consume food, drinks or alcohol not purchased in the Guesthouse in public areas of the Guesthouse. It is also prohibited to order external catering for delivery to the Guesthouse.
Guest Responsibility. If the hotel suffers damage due to the intentional actions or negligence of a guest, the guest shall compensate the hotel for said damages. In addition, the hotel will claim business compensation for the loss incurred from being unable to use the room while any necessary repairs take place.
