Health Care and Other Benefits. Resident and Resident’s dependents will be provided coverage, upon the first officially recognized day of their respective programs, Medical, Dental, Optical or Prescription insurance benefits, long term disability insurance coverage “F”, life insurance, workers’ compensation and short term disability insurance as may be made available by the University. It is the Resident’s obligation to select and enroll in the benefit programs. The University reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefit offered to Resident in conjunction with any modification or discontinuation of benefits.

Health Care and Other Benefits. The Executive shall receive full family plan coverage under any health and dental insurance plans established for the company and in addition to the foregoing the Executive will be entitled to participate at Company expense in the Mayo Clinic Executive Health Program, with full examinations no less frequent than annually, throughout the term of this Agreement and its extensions. In addition to the foregoing, the Executive shall also be entitled to participate in all other benefit programs that the Company establishes and makes available to its employees to the extent the Executive’s position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate, and shall be entitled to receive such perquisites as are made available generally to executive officers of the Company. The Executive shall be entitled to five weeks paid vacation per year to be taken at such times as may be approved by the Board or its designee. Executive is entitled to accrue their vacation time and shall be paid for any unused vacation upon death, disability or termination of employment or non-renewal of this Agreement.

Health Care and Other Benefits. In the case of an inability to carry-out the contractual working duties, which is not due to own fault, in accordance with ss.616 of the Civil Code, the remuneration as set out in ss.2 will continue to be paid after expiry of the statutory period for an additional six weeks. If the period of service (with the company) lies between three and ten years, then (it will be paid) for eighteen weeks, and if more than ten years, then for thirty weeks. The amount paid is the difference between the Sick-Benefit (for privately insured persons in the AOK scheme) and the salary. To cover such accidental risk, Dr. Xxxxxx xx insured, also for injuries in private life, in the sum of DM 150.000 for Death DM 300.000 for Invalidity Dr. Xxxxxx xx included in the Pension Scheme of the company as set out in the prevalent version.

A xxxx, who is the younger sibling of a legal guardian, is defined as a dependent of the legal guardian. ● PhD and MFA graduate students with a dependent partner/spouse who is on F2, J2, and M2 immigration status are eligible to receive a 100% subsidy for the cost of health insurance and dental insurance premium for their dependent partner/spouse. ● All other PhD and MFA graduate students are eligible to receive a 75% subsidy for the cost of health insurance and dental insurance premium for a dependent partner/spouse. ● All PhD and MFA graduate students are eligible to receive a 100% subsidy for the cost of vision insurance. ● All Graduate Student Employees shall be eligible to receive short-term treatment from the University’s Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS). As part of an effort to expand Mental Health services, Xxxxx is currently looking to resume offering CAPS meetings in Xxxxxx Xxxx. ● The University shall seek to maintain consistency of health care and other benefits over the term of the Agreement, however the parties recognize that health insurance plans in particular are subject to annual renewal with external insurance carriers and health insurance rates and premiums are subject to review and approval by the State of Rhode Island Office of the Health Insurance Commissioner, and therefore not fully within the control of the University. The University shall inform and consult with the Union in advance of any changes which have a material impact on the benefits, and associated costs (including health insurance plan co-pays), available to Graduate Student Employees. Material changes shall be subject to negotiation in advance of changes between the parties.

Related to Health Care and Other Benefits

  • Insurance and Other Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive and the Executive’s dependents shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s insurance programs and any ERISA benefit plans, as the same may be adopted and/or amended from time to time (the “Benefits”). The Executive shall be entitled to paid personal days on a basis consistent with the Company’s other senior executives, as determined by the Board. The Executive shall be bound by all of the policies and procedures established by the Company from time to time. However, in case any of those policies conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

  • Compensation and Other Benefits Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall pay and provide the following compensation and other benefits to the Executive during the Term as compensation for services rendered hereunder:

  • Vacation and Other Benefits Each Contract Year, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation in accordance with Employer’s applicable policies and procedures for executive-level employees. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in and receive the fringe benefits generally made available to other executive-level employees of Employer in accordance with and to the extent that Executive is eligible under the general provisions of Employer’s fringe benefit plans or programs; provided, however, that Executive understands that these benefits may be increased, changed, eliminated or added from time to time during the Term as determined in Employer’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Expenses and Other Benefits 6.1 The Company shall promptly reimburse to the Executive all reasonable travel and other out of pocket expenses properly incurred by him in the performance of his duties under the Employment. The Executive will submit claims for expenses reimbursement to the Company regularly with appropriate supporting documentation.

  • Impact on Other Benefits The value of the Restricted Shares (either on the date hereof or at the time the Restricted Shares vest) shall not be includable as compensation or earnings for purposes of any benefit plan offered by the Corporation.

  • Executive Perquisites, Benefits and Other Compensation Employee shall be entitled to receive additional benefits and compensation from the Company in such form and to such extent as specified below:

  • No Impact on Other Benefits The value of the Participant’s Option is not part of his or her normal or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, retirement, welfare, insurance or similar employee benefit.
