Hourly Compensation. 14.5.1 Certificated Hourly Rate 14.5.1.1 Unit members who are authorized to receive extra compensation on an hourly basis for work in addition to their regular assignment (i.e. xxxxxxx, weekends, non- work days and evenings) shall receive the Certificated Hourly Rate listed on the salary schedules in Appendix A per hour for each additional hour computed to the nearest quarter hour. This amount shall increase by the same percentage increase applied to the salary schedule, if any, moving forward.
Hourly Compensation. Presiding judges and alternate judges will be compensated at the rate of Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per hour and election clerks shall be compensated at the rate of Twelve Dollars ($12.00) per hour. Workers will be compensated for all hours actually worked, including time to set up the polling location, the time to complete counting, and time to wrap up paperwork, but such hours shall not exceed one (1) hour before and two (2) hours after the polling location is open for voting.

Hourly Compensation. During the Term, the Company shall compensate Executive for each hour devoted by Executive to the business of the Company at the rate of $200 per hour. Executive shall prepare and deliver to the Company an invoice by the 10th day of each month providing a general description of the time devoted by Executive during the preceding month to the business of the Company. The Company shall pay to Executive the amount indicated on such invoice as being due to Executive within 15 days after receipt thereof. The Board will review the hourly rate at least annually and may, in its sole discretion, increase it to reflect performance, but at no time shall the Company reduce Executive's hourly rate below $200.
Hourly Compensation. Company shall pay Employee compensation at the rate set forth in Employee’s offer letter, less applicable tax withholdings, paid semi-monthly in accordance with Company’s normal payroll practices. Company may adjust Employee’s hourly compensation periodically according to its payroll policies, which presently provide for a salary review effective January 1 of each year.

Hourly Compensation. The University will undertake a review during the 2020-2021 academic year and establish new policies and practices as necessary regarding the roles, responsibilities, and compensation for those graduate students who are hired into hourly positions. The objectives of the review will include clear and consistent practices across departments, known pay rates for hourly positions, and compliance with all legal, regulatory and university policy aspects of hourly employment. We anticipate the minimum hourly rate for such work will be $15 per hour. The parties recognize that, pursuant to Article I of the Agreement, students who are compensated on an hourly basis are excluded from the bargaining unit. SIDE LETTER of AGREEMENT Between BROWN UNIVERSITY And STAND UP FOR GRADUATE STUDENT EMPLOYEES, AFT, AFL-CIO MEDICAL LEAVE AND MEDICAL ACCOMMODATION, CHILD CARE SUBSIDY AND PARENTAL RELIEF The University and SUGSE engaged in discussions about Medical Leave and Medical Accommodation, Child Care Subsidy, and Parental Relief. It was agreed by the parties that the specific understanding on these matters would not be a part of the collective bargaining agreement and would be handled as a side letter effective only as provided by its terms. The parties agree that this Side Letter is separate from the collective bargaining agreement and is not subject to the terms of the Agreement, and in particular is not subject to the Agreement’s Grievance and Arbitration provisions. The understanding of the University and SUGSE on these matters is as follows:
Hourly Compensation. 374 Prekindergarten through 8th Grade teachers participating in the "Open House" and/or "Meet and Greet" 375 activities at the beginning of each school year shall be paid an hourly compensation.
