In-Scope Services. If Transnet requires the performance of work that is not being performed at a particular time but that is within the scope of the Services, Transnet shall deliver an In Scope Service Request to the Service Provider specifying the proposed work.
In-Scope Services. Using agile principles of development and working in active collaboration with DSHS and HHS Coalition staff, Contractor shall accomplish the following Requirements:
(a) Governance
i. Contractor shall provide comprehensive visibility of all Product assets.
ii. Contractor shall provide processes and tooling for continuously identifying and prioritizing Product work needed to support teams across DSHS and HHS Coalition.
iii. Contractor shall provide an approval mechanism for approving Product services before implementing them.
iv. Contractor shall provide applicable knowledge transfer and training to staff.
v. Contractor shall work with HHS Coalition staff to identify Key Performance Indicators and develop dashboards across strategic, executive, and operational levels with an understanding of underlying data, data sources, and analytics.
vi. Contractor shall define and implement a process for continuously identifying and prioritizing Product work needed to support teams across DSHS and the HHS Coalition.
vii. Contractor shall perform review of services included in the Contract and to amend and modify as time passes to tailor services to HHS Coalition and DSHS needs.
(b) Federal and State Regulatory Compliance
i. Contractor shall adhere to DSHS Security Policies and Standards.
ii. Contractor shall adhere to Washington State Office of Cyber Security (OCS) policies and standards, including Security Design Review requirements included in the Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Standard 141.10.
iii. Contractor shall adhere to any applicable federal compliance regulations, policies, and standards applicable, including IRS Pub. 1075, to the programs which will be supported by the Eligibility and Enrollment Status Tracker.
iv. Contractor shall ensure and demonstrate that the Eligibility and Enrollment Status Tracker is in compliance with state OCIO and federal standards. It shall also integrate with State approved Authentication and Authorization systems.
v. Contractor shall demonstrate compliance and safeguards via a SOC 2 report.
vi. Contractor shall ensure compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. The Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. Section 792), requires equal access for people with disabilities to programs and activities that are funded by Federal agencies, including equal access to electronic and information technology. The Department of Homeland Security has a list of 508 web and software tools that may be utilized...
In-Scope Services. Commencing on the applicable SOW Effective Date and during the remainder of the SOW Term, Service Provider shall provide to Company, and Company shall obtain from Service Provider, the services set forth from time to time on the SOW(s) under this Agreement (the “In-Scope Services”). Each SOW shall include a description of the applicable In-Scope Services, the Service Level Agreement applicable to the performance of such In-Scope Services, each party’s responsibilities with respect to the In-Scope Services, the Charges Schedule applicable to such In-Scope Services and other terms specific to such In-Scope Services. Except as set forth on the Charges Schedule to a SOW, none of the In-Scope Services will be subject to minimum commitments.
In-Scope Services. In general, any category of service that is not listed as out-of-scope in Section 2.2 may be considered to be in-scope. The services listed below represent the current requirements of NNSA, but are subject to change as technologies and NNSA mission requirements evolve over time. NNSA IT Managed Services fall into two categories: Management Support Services and Technical Support Services. The Contractor will provide Management Support Services to NNSA OCIO staff. The Contractor will provide Technical Support Services to NNSA OCIO and its customers in the NSE. The in-scope services within these categories are: Program & Project Management Vendor Selection and Management Service Integration and Management Innovation Management Contract and Financial Management Enterprise Service Desk Workplace Services Application Management Services Collaboration and Communication Services Network Services Enterprise Computing Services Cybersecurity Services The tables below further clarify these in-scope services and provide examples.
In-Scope Services. Phase Scope Description Deliverables
In-Scope Services. Pursuant to the Agreement, Avanade will provide the following advisory Services to the City: • Help the City define its digital transformation journey strategy and vision. • Execute workshops with all key stakeholders from each City department, as described in Section 6 of below. • Execute ad hoc interviews with department subject matter experts (“SMEs”) as needed. • Execute one (1) to two (2) workshops (up to 6 hours in duration each) to help the City define a set of digital transformation goals and objectives (“North Star Vision”), for their new proposed service delivery experience. During these “art of the possible” workshop(s), Avanade will showcase leading industry experiences to inspire City stakeholders in reimagining what their future service delivery experiences may look like. • Help the City capture a backlog of digital transformation initiatives aligned to their business priorities, that may be implemented outside this Agreement. • Conduct a data and technology assessment in alignment with the backlog initiative items that are considered higher priority. • Create the work product identified in Section 6 below.
In-Scope Services. The Contractor shall perform all required services in order to provide the hardware and software necessary to meet the requirements described in this Appendix B Statement of Work and Appendix C Operational Requirements. The project scope includes the following systems: ● Voice Radio System Infrastructure including, but not limited to, radio site equipment such as voters, repeaters and antennas; ● Voice Radio System Dispatch consoles at both the LAFD primary dispatch center, Metro Fire Communications (MFC) and the LAFD back-up dispatch center, Operations Command Division (OCD), including the short- and long-term logging recorders. The project scope also includes, but is not limited to, the following professional services, described in the sections below: ● Project Management ● System Design and Configuration ● System Installation and Testing ● System Training ● System Implementation and Cutover Support ● System Warranty, Maintenance, and Support
In-Scope Services. The In-Scope Services include the following Program Services:

In-Scope Services. The State considers FM Services to be a critical component in providing customer centric services to the citizens of Tennessee. The current services that are considered In-Scope Services are outlined in Section A.3. Each Authorized Entity that signs a PA to utilize this Contract may outline any of these In-Scope Services that they wish for the Contractor to perform in Contract Attachment N, PA Section 1. It should be noted, however, that this list is not exhaustive of all services that could be provided to the State or an Authorized Entity by the Contractor and should an Authorized Entity choose additional services (see Section A.11.) offered by the Contractor, these services shall also be set forth in the PA.
