Informal care. 1 As an employer KPN aims to accommodate informal care. Informal care is unpaid care for sick or disabled family members or friends. More specifically, informal care is intensive care provided over a longer period of time, for more than eight hours per week and/or for longer than three months.

It is not yet sufficiently clear whether there is a need within the company for additional collective arrangements to facilitate this.
