MOU Overtime. During the term of this Agreement, the City shall pay MOU overtime under this section by crediting sick leave, personal or in lieu holiday leave, etc. as hours worked. Hours charged to vacation leave shall be excluded and not be considered when determining premium pay under the provisions of this MOU. MOU overtime (in excess of 40 hours per week, excluding vacation) will be paid at the regular hourly rate or compensation accrued at one and one-half times.
MOU Overtime. Overtime for Firefighters on Platoon Duty For members of the Fire Department assigned to platoon duty, the method of determining additional compensation for overtime shall be set forth in the Salary Resolution. For purposes of this section, platoon duty is defined as being that work schedule which requires an employee to work alternating shifts, each shift to consist of twenty-four (24) consecutive hours as follows:
MOU Overtime. In addition to FLSA overtime, the City shall provide non-exempt employees MOU overtime which shall be paid at time and one-half for all daily work performed over an employee’s normal eight (8), ten (10), or twelve (12) hour work shift. Paid time off shall be counted as time worked for the purposes of calculation of MOU overtime.
MOU Overtime. MOU overtime is received for hours worked beyond the employee’s scheduled work schedule. MOU overtime will be paid regardless if the hours qualify for payment under the FLSA. MOU overtime will be paid bi-weekly. MOU overtime will be paid at the base hourly rate plus some premiums at one and one half times the base hourly rate and qualifying premiums. Premiums included in the MOU overtime rate are • Temporary Upgrade Pay (Acting Pay) • Primary Paramedic Pay • Secondary Paramedic Pay • Classic Medic- Captain Paramedic Pay • EMT Pay • Educational Incentive PaysHazardous Materials Technician/Specialist Compensation • Hazardous Materials Assistant Safety Officer Certification Pay
MOU Overtime. To be eligible for MOU overtime, employees in the Single Role classifications referenced in Paragraph 3 must be in paid status, with the exception of sick leave, a more than forty-two (42) hours in the 7-day workweek.

  • Daily Overtime All employees shall be paid the applicable overtime rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) for all time worked in excess of eight (8) hours per day.

  • Planned Overtime In making planned overtime assignments the Employer shall first assign overtime on an equal opportunity basis according to each section’s procedure (Schedule E), as agreed to by the parties. Such overtime shall be assigned to employees who are actively on the payroll and who have indicated their willingness to accept overtime assignments according to section procedures and who are:

  • Weekly Overtime An Employee required to work in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 ½ X) for the first eight (8) hours of work in excess of the forty

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.

  • Holiday Overtime Employees who work on a holiday will be paid one and one-half (1.5) times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked in addition to idle holiday pay. This does not refer to weekend and holiday coverage (refer to Section 26.2).

  • Banked Overtime In the event the day in lieu of working the statutory holiday is not provided as stipulated in 8.01.04, this portion may also be banked.

  • Overtime Work A. Overtime pay is to be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the basic hourly straight-time rate.

  • Overtime Meal Allowances (a) An Employee who is required to work a minimum of two and one-half (2½) hours overtime before or after his/her scheduled hours of work, shall be provided with a meal or shall be reimbursed nine dollars ($9.00). A meal break of one-half (½) hour with pay shall be given at the overtime rate. This section shall not apply to an Employee who is on travel status which entitles him/her to claim for lodging and/or meals.

  • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.
