Overtime or Premium Hours. ‌ (a) Duplication of Premium Hours Overtime or premium payments shall not be duplicated for the same hours under any of the terms of this Contract. Hours that are compensated for as overtime or premium under one (1) provision shall not be counted as hours worked in determining overtime or premium compensation under the same or any other provision, except as provided in Section 8(b). (See Section 4 for 10-Hour Shift Rules and Section 5 for 12-Hour Shift Rules).

  • Overtime Hours Except as otherwise provided in this section, all hours worked in excess of the established work day, before or after an employee's regular scheduled shift, or on any regularly scheduled day off, shall be considered overtime. All paid vacation time, paid holidays, paid sick leave, compensatory time off, and paid leaves of absence shall be considered as "time worked" for purposes of this Article. Part-time employees whose established work day is less than eight (8) hours shall not be considered to be working overtime until having completed eight (8) hours of work.

  • Overtime and Premium Pay A nurse shall be paid at the rate of one and one- half (1½) times the nurse’s regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked in any one category listed below, including statutory overtime pay under 9.4.1 or premium pay under 9.4.2 through

  • Building Hours The specific hours at any individual building may vary according to the needs of the educational program of the School District. The specific hours for each building will be designated by the School District.

  • Overtime Pay ‌ Overtime pay shall be paid to the employee on the next paycheque after the expiration of the pay period in which the overtime was earned except as provided in Article 16.6 (Compensating Time Off) below.
