Patrol Shift Bidding. Each shift rotation will be two (2) months in duration. In the first round of bids, employees may bid for three (3) shift rotations. In the second round of bidding employees may submit their first and second preferences for the remaining three (3) shift rotations. No employee may bid for more than two (2) consecutive rotations on the same shift. The first employee bid rotation of a new calendar year may not be the third consecutive employee bid rotation on the same shift. A Guild representative may be present at every stage of the bidding process and schedule completion. There will be no blind bids, each successive bidder will see the officers already on the shift prior to bidding. The employer may move an individual officer within the schedule regardless of the shift bidding process for good cause. Where operational needs permit, changes shall be made first on a volunteer basis.

Patrol Shift Bidding. A. The Chief of Police or his designee will make assignments to patrol and specialized departmental positions (i.e. investigations, drug agents, School Resource Officers).
Patrol Shift Bidding. 1. Shift Bids will occur once each calendar year; for two shift changes. The bid will begin on the first Monday of September of each year; except for the initial shift bid.
Patrol Shift Bidding. (a) Patrol Officers assigned to the Patrol Division shall bid for shifts and beats in order of their seniority within the rank of Patrol Officer. There shall be a minimum of eight (8) bid slots for Patrol Officers on each of the three shifts (day shift, evening shift and midnight shift). Bidding shall be conducted in November for the following shift year which shall consist of four bid periods. The shift slots shall be picked prior to any swaps being granted. All Patrol Officers not assigned through the bidding process shall work rotating shifts, with rotation every three (3) months during the shift year.

  • JOB BIDDING The City reserves the right to organize work and assignments. Bureau managers will consult with the Union prior to implementation of a reorganization to discuss proper application of this Article.   • Vacation Bidding 1. Vacations will be bid by shifts in a Bid Area, except that in any Bid Area having less than 50 employees, vacations shall be bid by Bid Area. When mutually agreed between the Company and the local Union Business Agent vacations may be bid by groupings other than those listed herein. Provided that the Company will not unreasonably withhold agreement to such grouping as the local Business Agent advocates. It shall not be unreasonable for the Company to withhold agreement if the proposed grouping can reasonably be expected to materially affect the operation or any portion thereof.

  • For E-bidding The auctioneer and the Bank’s solicitor shall sign all 5 copies of contract first, right after the auction. The successful E-bidder must to come to the ESZAM AUCTIONEER SDN BHD main office in Seremban to sign the Contract of Sale within two (2) working days after the auction date.

  • INTERNATIONAL BIDDING All offers (tenders), and all information and Product required by the solicitation or provided as explanation thereof, shall be submitted in English.   • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within ninety (90) calendar days of the work week in which the overtime was earned or, with the employee’s agreement, within 12 months of that work week.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.

  • Bidding a. The Auctioneer reserves the right to regulate the bidding and shall have the sole right to refuse any bid or bids without giving any reason for such refusal.
