Wellness Committee. The parties will maintain a Labor Management Health Care Committee (aka Wellness Committee) during the term of the Agreement to discuss and address issues regarding the City’s insurance programs and wellness program. The Wellness Committee will be comprised of four (4) City and four (4) Labor representatives. The Committee will:
a. Develop monthly or bimonthly newsletters to help educate and encourage the City employees.
b. Review all Health Trust Fund/Flex Account balances.
c. Review experience reports.
Wellness Committee. The PEC shall designate representatives to serve on the City’s Employee Wellness Committee to help make informed recommendations relative to focus wellness initiatives against general cost drivers and coordinate subscriber educational initiatives.
Wellness Committee. A representative from this bargaining unit will be appointed to the Wellness Committee. The Committee will discuss such topics as heart life programs and physical exam coverage.
Wellness Committee. The employer agrees to convene a wellness committee that includes one (1) Union bargaining team member, one (1) bargaining unit member appointed by the Union, and any volunteers who wish to participate in the committee’s work. The committee will meet once per month unless mutually agreed otherwise. The purpose of the committee will be to continue to explore joint efforts to reduce healthcare costs.
Wellness Committee. The A & S Association shall have a designated association representative on the wellness committee through the president of the A & S Association of his/her designee.
Wellness Committee. The Board recognizes that a collaborative effort among all Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx School employees is essential. Therefore, a Labor-Management Committee will be formed in order to keep lines of communication open, encourage cooperation, and discuss issues of relevance to all parties.
Wellness Committee. The Board shall support a Wellness Committee composed of at least one (1) of the following: School Board member, district administrator, district food service representative, student, parent/guardian, member of the public. • teacher • school nurse • coach • health professional • representative of local or county agency • representative of community organization The Wellness Committee shall serve as an advisory committee regarding student health issues and shall be responsible for developing a Student Wellness Policy that complies with law to recommend to the Board for adoption. ● The Wellness Committee may examine related research and laws, assess student needs and the current school environment, review existing Board policies and administrative regulations, and raise awareness about school health issues. The Wellness Committee may make policy recommendations to the Board related to other health issues necessary to promote student wellness. ● The Wellness Committee shall provide periodic reports to the Superintendent or designee regarding the status of its work, as required.
Wellness Committee. The parties agree that the Wellness Committee will promote programs which educate, support and empower employees to improve and maintain overall health and well-being through healthy lifestyle choices, and SEIU will support and encourage represented employees and their families to participate in voluntary Wellness programs.
Wellness Committee. The school district will establish a wellness committee that consists of at least one (1): parent/guardian, student, nurse, school food service representative, School Committee member, school administrator, member of the public, and other community members as appropriate. If available, a qualified, credentialed nutrition professional will be a member of the wellness committee. The school committee designates the following individual(s) as wellness program coordinator(s): (title). Only employees of the district who are members of the wellness committee may serve as wellness program coordinators. Wellness coordinators, in consultation with the wellness committee, will be in charge of implementation and evaluation of this policy.
Wellness Committee. The parties agree to establish a joint Wellness Committee to review current coverage, educate members on the benefits they have, study and recommend ways to provide more cost effective health care, and recommend future directions for health care plans, including incentives, cost savings, alternative plans as options to employees. There will be no change in the present health insurance coverage without agreement of Union and Board.
