Piling Allowance. The Company will pay a piling / drilling allowance of $2.50 per hour for each hour worked. This allowance will be paid in lieu of all special rates and multi-storey allowance as prescribed in the Award. The piling allowance will be paid for hours worked on site only, excluding time in the yard and inclement weather off site. This allowance shall not attract any premium or penalty.
Piling Allowance. The Company will pay to its employees engaged in piling work on construction sites covered by this agreement a piling site allowance of $3.00 per hour worked on site from the date of signing. The piling site allowance increases to $4.75 per hour on projects in excess of $150 M total project value. In circumstances where the employee is engaged in the yard, the piling allowance payable will be $2.50 per hour. The piling site allowance will be paid in lieu of any special rates for dirty work, wet conditions, work at heights or in shafts or for any other disabilities on building sites. The piling site allowance is not payable during inclement weather. The piling site allowance will be paid as a flat amount and will not be taken into account in the calculation of overtime, annual leave, long service leave, sick leave or penalty rates of pay based on an hourly rate for time worked.
Piling Allowance. 5.6.1 The Company will pay a Piling Allowance of $2.00 per hour to Employees appointed as operators of piling rigs and Employees appointed as operators of piling rigs and Employees appointed as offsiders to operators of piling rigs.
Piling Allowance. Piling Allowance. Piling Allowance. Employees of the Company will be paid a Piling Allowance of $24.00 per day for each day worked when engaged on driving of piles.
Piling Allowance. Where a piling rig in excess of fifteen tonnes is required to perform pile driving at any site or installation or is required to be involved in the extraction process, the nominated operator and piling hand shall receive a daily allowance (as a flat rate) which will be payable only when approved by the respective Project Manager.
