Points Accrual. Except for promotional offers and offers relating to applicable American Express foreign exchange products, you will accrue a designated number of points (earn rate) (as notified to you from time to time) for every one Australian dollar spent on goods and services, charged and billed on your account. Subject to these terms and conditions, points are calculated on each purchase of goods or services charged to your Card. Each purchase is rounded down to the nearest dollar then multiplied separately by each applicable earn rate to determine the number of points awarded. However, only full points will be earned. We will disregard and not accumulate a fraction of a point.
Points Accrual. Exclusions
5.1 You will not accrue points for:
(a) charges processed, billed or prepaid prior to the enrolment date;
(b) cash advances, corporate cash, express cash or any other cash services or transactions;
(c) American Express Travellers Cheque and gift cheque purchases;
(d) charges for dishonoured payments;
(e) interest charges – including line of credit charges and American Express Credit Card account finance charges;
(f) fees and charges, including joining fees, annual Card fees and Membership Rewards programme fees;
(g) late payment charges;
(h) charges for the pay portion of a Points + Pay RapidRewards redemption;
(i) charges in relation to promotional offers which we exclude from points accrual;
(j) amount billed for purchase of points to top-up your points balance;
(k) charges for which we do not receive payment in full for any reason; or
(l) balances transferred from other credit card accounts.
5.2 Adjustments will be made to the points accrued in a programme account if there are any credits posted to a Card account or linked account including those arising from returned goods or services or from billing disputes.
5.3 We reserve the right to change these exclusions at any time, for example – we may offer points on balance transfer amounts as part of specific promotions and subject to any conditions we think fit.
5.4 Points accrued in your programme account have no monetary value.
5.5 Points accrued in your programme account for any given year will only be carried forward on the anniversary of your enrolment date if conditions set out in this agreement have been met.
Points Accrual. 35.7.1 The Bank may award, based on individual product features, a certain amount of points for every unit of Rupees spent on specific categories of domestic/ international purchase transactions of goods/services.
35.7.2 The Bank will stop awarding any reward points to a Cardholder whose Card Account(s) is not in good standing.
35.7.3 Points will not be accrued on Card Transactions that are subsequently reversed. Any points already credited for such Card Transactions will be debited.
35.7.4 The Bank, at its sole discretion, may also award points for any other Card Transactions either for a specific period or for specific situations/promotional schemes.
35.7.5 Points will not be awarded to Cardholders towards Card Transactions involving Cash Advances, EMI payments, Balance Transfer transactions, and fees such as joining fee, annual fee, Add-On Card fee, interest charges, or any other fee/charges.
35.7.6 The Bank reserves the right to specify the maximum number of points that will be awarded to a Cardholder in a given period. The Cardholder will not accrue any further reward points for that time period, once the maximum number of points as specified by the Bank is reached.
35.7.7 The above list of Card Transactions may be modified by the Bank at its discretion under intimation to the Cardholder.
35.7.8 Points will accrue to the individual Card Accounts in the case of eligible Primary, Add-On Cards. Points accrued by any Add-On Cards will automatically accrue to the Primary Card Account on which the Add-On Cards are issued and not to any other Card Account.
35.7.9 No accumulation or carry over or redemption of points will be permissible, if on the relevant date any Card, be it a Primary, Addon or any other Card has been withdrawn or closed or cancelled or reinstated or is liable to be cancelled/withdrawn because of any breach of the terms and conditions of the Card herein.
35.7.10 The points will lapse in the event that such a Card Account is closed either voluntarily by the Cardholder or by the Bank at its discretion. Should the Card Account be reinstated either by the Cardholder or by IndusInd Bank, the Cardholder will not get the benefit of any points accrued prior to cancellation or withdrawal or closure of the Card Account.
35.7.11 In the event of voluntary closure of the Card by a Cardholder, the points that are in the Card Account can be redeemed within a month of such closure. Failure to redeem these points within such period will cause the points to ...

4.3 We will notify you of the balance of points accrued in your program account, including points accrued from any linked accounts, in your monthly primary account statement.
Points Accrual. 4.1 Except for promotional offers and exclusions stated below, spend on Card enrolled in the programme will earn one and a quarter (1.25) points in the Programme Account for every full S$1.00 spent on all spend, except for accelerated rewards, other rewards, and the exclusions stated below on your eligible Corporate Card Account, subject to Merchant acceptance, two (2) points for every S$1.00 spent on foreign currency transactions (purchases of goods and services made in a currency other than Singapore Dollars), Amazon Web Services, Facebook Advertising, Google Ads, Grab (excluding GrabPay top-ups) and Microsoft Online Store, half a point (0.5) point per S$1.00 spend at AIA insurance and selected utilities providers (Best Electricity, Geneco, Keppel Electric, PacificLight, Sembcorp Energy, Senoko Energy, Sunseap Energy and Tuas Power which may be amended by American Express from time to time), quarter of a point (0.25) per S$1.00 spend at Singtel and SP Utilities, charged and billed on the Corporate Card Account which is in good standing at the time of billing.
4.2 At all times, points accrued in your programme account remain our property and do not constitute property of the company. Points are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any person or entity. Each Corporate Membership Rewards point has no cash redemption value, or other cash or monetary value except that which American Express may, in its sole discretion allow the company to redeem points for certain rewards.
4.3 Points cannot be transferred to any other Corporate Membership Rewards programme or Individual Membership Rewards programme account.
4.4 When enrolling a Card Account into the Corporate Membership Rewards programme that was previously enrolled in an Individual Membership Rewards programme, any points already accrued under the Individual Membership Rewards programme cannot be transferred to the programme account and must either be redeemed by the Card Member prior to enrolment in the programme or they will be forfeited. However, if a Card Member has more than one American Express Card account enrolled in the Individual Membership Rewards programme, any points accrued in the Individual Membership Rewards programme account will remain valid and linked to the other American Express Card accounts enrolled in the Individual Membership Rewards programme. Points Accrual. Exclusions
5.1 Points will not be accrued for:
5.1.1 charges processed, billed or prepaid prior to the enrolment date;
5.1.2 cash advances, Corporate Cash, Express Cash, Foreign Exchange or any other cash services or transactions;
5.1.3 fees and charges for dishonoured payments;
5.1.4 finance charges;
5.1.5 fees and charges, including without limitation joining fees, Card fees, late payment charges or foreign exchange fees;
5.1.6 charges in relation to promotional offers that are excluded from points accrual;
5.1.7 charges for which we do not receive payment in full for any reason;
5.1.8 balances transferred from other Card Accounts;
5.1.9 any credits that are posted to a Card Account, including those arising from returned goods or services or from billing disputes. Any points accrued in your programme account will be reduced to reflect the amount credited, and will be deducted from future issued points if there are insufficient points in the programme account to cover the credit; and
5.1.10 charges for EZ-Link cards top-up.

Subject to these terms and conditions, points are calculated on each purchase of goods or services charged to your Card. Each purchase is rounded down to the nearest dollar then multiplied separately by each applicable earn rate to determine the number of points awarded. However, only full points will be earned. We will disregard and not accumulate a fraction of a point.
Points Accrual. Exclusions
2.1 Eligible Card Members, whose eligibility shall be determined and advised by us from time to time (being persons in whose name an Affinity and/or Distribution Card account is opened) may participate in the program subject to our approval. Each account can only be linked to and participate in one eligible program at any one time.
2.2 No Cards or accounts can be linked to the program other than eligible Affinity Cards or Distribution Cards referred to in clause 2.1.
2.3 You may opt to transfer between eligible programs no more than once each enrolment year.
2.4 If you opt to cancel your enrolment in Qantas Direct or transfer from Qantas Direct to another eligible program, then all accrued points in the Qantas Direct program account will be redeemed for Qantas Frequent Flyer points. A new account will be opened for the new eligible program.
2.5 If you opt to transfer from another eligible program to Qantas Direct, then no accrued points in the other eligible program account may be transferred to the Qantas Direct program. Your accrued points will remain in your other program account for 30 days only, and a new program account will be opened for the Qantas Direct program.
2.6 Following a transfer between eligible programs, any difference in the annual fee between those programs will be pro-rated from your transfer date and charged or credited to your primary account. Thereafter, the relevant annual fee for the new eligible program will be billed automatically to your primary account.
2.7 Points earned by any Supplementary Card Members will automatically accrue to your program account only. Supplementary Cards cannot be enrolled in the program separately from your program account.
2.8 Only accounts kept in good standing and which are not overdue are eligible for enrolment and participation in the program.
2.9 Only individual Card Members, not companies, may participate in the program. You cannot pool or combine your points with points accrued by another Card Member.

(j) charges at a merchant that you or any supplementary card member to your account or any third party related to you have nay ownership interest in, excluding shares quotes on a recognised stock exchange;
(k) balances transferred from other credit card accounts; or
(l) any credits that are posted to your primary account or any linked accounts including those arising from returned goods or services or from billing disputes. Any points accrued in your program account will be reduced to reflect the amount credited.
5.2 Points accrued in your program account have no monetary value.

4.2 If you hold an Affinity or Distribution Platinum Credit Card and have enrolled into Qantas Direct, subject to the exclusions in clause 5, you will accrue one additional point for every one Australian dollar (AUD1) which is charged to the account or any linked accounts for selected Qantas products and services in Australia. Selected Qantas products and services are: (i) Qantas passenger flights (with a QF flight number) or Qantas Club and Qantas Frequent Flyer program memberships purchased on the Qantas merchant account (i.e. online at xxxxxx.xxx or with a Qantas sales consultant); or (ii) purchases from travel shops on the Qantas merchant account. Excludes purchases with Qantas Freight, Qantas Holidays, Qantas Business Travel, Jetset Travelworld, Qantas Staff Travel, Jetstar and Qantas branded non-airfare products operated by third parties (e.g. Qantas Box Office).
