8. Description of existing properties, rights-of-way, easements, and required permits or easements needed for construction.
9. Miscellaneous design considerations such as pipeline alignments, corrosion protection, safety.
10. Discussion on anticipated construction challenges including utility relocations, phasing/timing, approvals required, inspections, and commissioning.
11. Design and construction schedule with critical paths and milestones identified.
12. Discussion on required operations and maintenance of major project components and associated costs.
13. Estimate of probable construction costs.
14. List of final drawings and specifications anticipated to be developed during the Preparation of Contract Documents phase (Task 5).
Basis of Design Report. Consultant shall prepare a full Basis of Design Report to define the technical requirements and parameters for the entire Project including the fields of civil, geotechnical, structural, hydrologic, hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, maintenance, and others, as appropriate.
3.2.1 The Basis of Design Report will include but is not limited to the following: description of the general arrangement of existing and new Project facilities; summary of the pertinent findings of field investigations; basis for material properties for use in analyses; construction materials source assessment (on-site and commercial); foundation characterization to assess excavation requirements and foundation acceptance criteria; groundwater dewatering requirements; civil and geotechnical design of the Project elements for analyses; design of disposal sites; hydraulic and structural design of various elements; mechanical and electrical facilities design; and access roadwork.
3.2.2 The Basis of Design Report is to be updated throughout the design phase, if required. Upon completion of final design, the Basis of Design Report shall be updated to reflect any changes or additions that were implemented during the course of the design development as detailed in the final design document preparation.
Basis of Design Report. ESA will document design-related work into a Basis of Design Report. The Report will build upon the Lagunitas Creek Habitat Enhancement Plan report and will include existing conditions review, restoration opportunities analysis, enhancement actions basis of design, feasibility assessment, hydraulic analysis, large wood design and engineering, gravel placement design, geomorphic assessment and temporary access.
Basis of Design Report. BKF will prepare a Basis of Design Report that documents the information used in evaluating alternatives, advantage and disadvantages of alternatives, permitting requirements, cost of each alternative and potential concerns. The Basis of Design will include schematic drawings of outfall layout and hydraulic calculations. BKF will prepare for and attend one (1) meeting with the City to review the submitted Basis of Design Report and to discuss any outstanding issues or questions. BKF will submit 5 hard copies, PDF and native file format. Conceptual design will be acceptable to permitting agencies (including but not limited to the SCVWD, Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Department of Fish and Wildlife, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Regional Water Quality Control Board, etc.)
Basis of Design Report. Allow the City to select the preferred strategies for controlling odor and corrosion. Prepare a Basis of Design Report that identifies the proposed treatment systems and required equipment including, at a minimum, conceptual site layouts, treatment configurations, sizing and capacity of treatment equipment (including the specific manufacturer system model), sizing and capacity of needed plumbing (i.e. water service, process drains, and chemical feed lines), injection rates, types of specific chemicals, electrical service ratings for recommended equipment, telemetry parameters, instrumentation, and integration compatibility. Identify additional engineering studies, if any, that may be required as part of the preliminary engineering and/or 30% design stage. Issue a draft report, incorporate City comments, and issue a final report. • Draft Basis of Design Report (5 hard-copies, electronic PDF and MSWord files) • Final Basis of Design Report (5 hard-copies, electronic PDF and MSWord files)
Basis of Design Report. (30%). Prepare a preliminary basis of design report for submittal to the City. Based on the available data, site investigations, and the City’s design standards, Xxxxxx Engineers will prepare the basis of design report for the Well Site that includes the following:
Basis of Design Report. 2 Developer shall prepare a Basis of Design Report for the Project that includes, at a minimum, the 3 following:
4 A. Cover sheet;
5 B. Table of contents;
6 C. A summary of specific methodologies, manuals, or references that Developer proposes to 7 use for the analysis and design of the Project for each technical discipline outlined in the
9 D. A summary of all anticipated software and the applications for each proposed software for 10 the design and analysis of the Work;
11 E. A summary of specific methodologies, manuals, or references that Developer proposes to 12 use to construct the Project; and

Basis of Design Report. Horizons will prepare a basis of design for the proposed improvements. This basis of design will be submitted to the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) for review and approval prior to proceeding with final design of the individual system components. Horizons will also coordinate with the Town of Xxxxxxx to determine permitting requirements for the pump stations and atmospheric storage tank. Landowner coordination has not been included in this scope, but can be provided.
