Program Management Services. Definition: Program Management Services includes all services related to leading, facilitating, and ensuring the strategic planning, implementation, coordination, integration, and evaluation of programmatic activities and administrative systems. Examples: Service areas that are included under the Program Management Services discipline include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Acquisition Support
Program Management Services. This category consists of applying the business, financial management, and technical disciplines required to support planning, organizing, staffing, controlling, and leading team efforts in managing acquisition programs such that the result places a capable and supportable system in the hands of the warfighter when and where it is needed, and does so at an affordable price. This category represents an integration of a complex system of differing but related functional disciplines that must work together to achieve program goals through development, production, deployment, operations, support, and disposal. This category also consists of providing information system software analysis, requirements definition, design, development, test, modification, installation, implementation, quality assurance, training, and documentation to meet the evolving data storage and reporting needs of programs, analyze existing IT and IS databases, web sites, and IT applications and recommend new or improved interfaces and improved management tools that meet new requirements, or improve management effectiveness and efficiency. Perform maintenance and technical support for Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN) that are outside the cognizance of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI). Modify, implement and maintain web based information systems and links. Develop web- site structure, prepare documentation for population, implement and maintain web sites. Conduct IA analyses, develop, recommend, and implement, monitor, update, and maintain, IA practices, procedures, equipment, algorithms, and hardware that are outside the cognizance of NMCI. This category also provides systems engineering and technical support for establishment, test, upgrade, and operational support of systems, networks, workstations and support equipment hardware and software that are outside the cognizance of NMCI. Functional areas that are included under the Program Management Services category include but, are not limited to the following examples:

Program Management Services. The Owner may request the Design Professional to provide Program Management Services, in which case the Design Professional is sometimes called the “Managing Architect.” In such event, the Design Professional becomes, for specific services, the agent of the Owner. The Owner may request the Design Professional to provide such program management services, either through this Contract or by a separate Contract, at the Owner’s option.
Program Management Services. In connection with, and as a tracking and indexing mechanism for its provision of Site Acquisition and Construction Management Services pursuant to this Agreement, BTS Company shall develop, implement and maintain a deployment plan which tracks all activities and costs associated with the performance of Site Acquisition Services and Construction Management Services for each Site in accordance with the following procedures:
(a) BTS Company shall develop and implement a quality assurance program, which ensures that all activities are performed to such quality standards as may be established from time to time by Sprint Spectrum, L.P.
(b) BTS Company shall develop and implement comprehensive reporting mechanisms so that detailed site progress is tracked on a weekly basis, and complete reports are provided when required by Horizon, not less frequently than once per week.
(c) BTS Company shall develop and implement a comprehensive filing system that ensures that all relevant site information is organized and available. BTS Company shall seek to use electronic means whenever available. BTS Company shall ensure the physical security of the filing system.
Program Management Services. Commencing on the Effective Date and continuing until the date upon which this Agreement is terminated as provided in Section 14, the Manager shall serve as “Program Manager” to the Company. As Program Manager, the Manager shall perform the services listed in this section and as described in the Investment Guidelines and the Operating Guidelines (such services, the “Program Management Services”). The Manager shall perform Program Management Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the Investment Guidelines and the Operating Guidelines to the extent program management services are referenced therein, and Instructions given as described in Section 15.2.
2.2.1 The Manager shall be responsible for establishing the investment, operational, and technology infrastructure necessary to facilitate the Asset Management Services as described in Section 2.1, including overseeing any Affiliates and third-party agents in the performance of any duties related to such infrastructure as the Manager delegates to Affiliates or third- party agents in accordance with Section 4.
2.2.2 The Manager shall be responsible for advising the Company with respect to developing and implementing strategies for the Facility, which will be agreed and documented. This advice will include support of Facility-level strategy, portfolio construction, market surveillance and assessment, and the creation of customized risk analyses as relevant to guide the Asset Management Services as described in Section 2.1.
2.2.3 The Manager shall be responsible for trade, position, portfolio, and related reporting to the FRBNY, as defined in the Operating Guidelines, and for establishing and maintaining processes and technology needed for the transmission of such reporting.
2.2.4 The Manager shall provide project management services to the FRBNY, including tracking of project progress, coordination of activities performed by supporting Manager teams, and acting as a central point of contact for the FRBNY and relevant third parties.
2.2.5 In the event of an Eligible Bond, as defined in the Investment Guidelines, entering into default between the Effective Date and the date upon which this Agreement is terminated as provided in Section 14, the Manager will support the Company in designing and executing workout and loss mitigation strategies and, in connection therewith, the Manager will, at the Company’s request, identify third-party agents expert in executing workout and ...

Program Management Services. ● Lead and support strategic planning to complete a Phase I (First Time in Humans [FTIH]) clinical study and, where possible, proof of concept clinical studies ● Project Plan Development o High level strategic plan and timeline o Detailed plan, timeline and budget ● Project Management o Set goals and define responsibilities of team members o Coordinate core project team meetings o Attend, coordinate and support functional project team meetings if required o Review and update of project plan and budget at regular intervals or as required o Follow up action items with team members o Risk assessment and mitigation strategies ● Provide development services or support and identify outsourcing to service providers for services including, but not limited to: o Preclinical (non-clinical) toxicology studies o ADME o Functional ingredient sourcing/qualification/characterization/supplier site auditing o Excipient sourcing/qualification/characterization/supplier site auditing o Clinical trial batches (CTM batches) manufacturer o GLP/GMP testing laboratories ● Evaluate service providers including preparation of “Request for Proposal” details, reference checks, auditing, evaluation of proposals, recommendations and contract negotiation. ● Recruit experts to support the development program for strategic planning, protocol development, regulatory document preparation and filing, preclinical studies, material characterization and CMC development.

Program Management Services. In connection with each Course offering and the overall implementation of the Alliance established hereby, Caliber shall provide to MCIS the services identified on SCHEDULE B hereto ("PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SERVICES").
Program Management Services. The Contractor shall assist the State in provider-facing program management activities including:
2.1. Outreach to targeted groups of providers, providing information on program benefits and eligibility requirements.
2.2. Assist in identifying and engaging eligible providers.
2.3. Assist enrolled providers with properly documenting MDAAP eligibility and milestone requirements, including assistance with preparing and submitting required attestation documentation and providing guidance on materials that should be saved for potential audit.
2.4. Report weekly on program/practice participation status, such as provider engagement, application and milestone submission, and hours of program support provided to providers.
2.5. Provide office hours and individualized guidance through communication platforms such as video or non- video calls, e-mail, or site visits as requested by the State for provider/practice questions.
2.6. Provide individualized assistance based on program track, milestones, and provider inquiries and issues submitted via the program email account, website, webinars, and office hours.
2.7. Provide coordination services for providers onboarding and connecting to the VHIE.
