PROMOTION TO SUPERVISORY POSITION. X. Xx Employee promoted or transferred from a job classification in the Patrolman and Detective Patrolman Bargaining Unit to a supervisory position shall retain the seniority Employee had at the time of such promotion or transfer and shall continue to accumulate seniority while Employee is in such supervisory position for a period not to exceed eighteen (18) consecutive months from date or promotion or transfer.

PROMOTION TO SUPERVISORY POSITION. A. An Employee promoted or transferred from a job classification in the Bargaining Unit to a supervisory position shall retain the seniority Employee had at the time of such promotion or transfer and shall continue to accumulate seniority while he is in said supervisory position for a period of eighteen (18) months.

PROMOTION TO SUPERVISORY POSITION. Seniority shall be retained but shall not continue to accrue during the time an employee is promoted to a supervisory position with the District. An employee accepting promotion or an appointment will have the right to return to the bargaining unit only once. The return must be within two (2) years of the promotion or appointment.
PROMOTION TO SUPERVISORY POSITION. An employee who is promoted to a supervisory position will, if returned to the bargaining unit within months after the promotion, have accumulated full seniority. If returned to the bargaining unit more than twelve (12) months after the promotion, he will only have the seniority he had at the time he was promoted. However, should a supervisory employee be returned to the bargaining unit, it will not result in the layoff of an employee with more than one (1) year's seniority. Employees so promoted will be on a trial period of three months which may be longer on agreement of the parties, during which time the employee may request to be put back to his former position.

Staff Planning Committee In addition to that, and to any other planning committee in the Hospital of a more broadly representational make-up, there shall be immediately established a Staff Planning Committee for the bargaining unit, which shall meet during the term of this agreement every three months, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties. It shall be the function of the Staff Planning Committee to consider possible ways and means of avoiding or minimizing potential adverse effects upon employees in the bargaining unit, including: identifying and proposing possible alternatives to any action that the hospital may propose taking: identifying and seeking ways to address the retraining needs of employees: identifying vacant positions within the Hospital for which surplus members of the bargaining unit might qualify, or such positions which are currently filled but which are expected to become vacant within a twelve month period.

  • Marketing and Promotion The School will be responsible for marketing and promoting the Sports Facilities in accordance with the agreed aims and targets. A marketing strategy will be prepared and implemented and reviewed on an annual basis.

  • Advertising and Marketing Except in so far as herein expressly provided, the Service Provider shall not make or issue any formal or informal announcement (with the exception of Stock Exchange announcements), advertisement or statement to the media in connection with this Agreement or otherwise disclose the existence of this Agreement or the subject matter thereof to any other person without the prior written consent of SARS.

  • Annual Business Plan and Budget As soon as practicable and in any event not later than thirty (30) days after the end of each Fiscal Year, a business plan and operating and capital budget of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for the ensuing four (4) fiscal quarters, such plan to be prepared in accordance with GAAP and to include, on a quarterly basis, the following: a quarterly operating and capital budget, a projected income statement, statement of cash flows and balance sheet, calculations demonstrating projected compliance with the financial covenants set forth in Section 9.15 and a report containing management’s discussion and analysis of such budget with a reasonable disclosure of the key assumptions and drivers with respect to such budget, accompanied by a certificate from a Responsible Officer of the Borrower to the effect that such budget contains good faith estimates (utilizing assumptions believed to be reasonable at the time of delivery of such budget) of the financial condition and operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries for such period.
