Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees. All regular full-time and regular part-time employees shall be eligible to be considered for advancement to the next higher step within the pay range for their classification, if applicable, upon the completion of each twelve (12) months of service except as adjusted by Section 10.03 subdivision 1 of this Agreement. Such increases may be withheld or delayed in cases where the employee's job performance has been of a less than satisfactory level in which case the employee shall be notified that the increase is being withheld or delayed and of the specific reasons therefore. All such denials or delays shall be grievable under the provisions of Article 5 of this Agreement. All increases approved pursuant to this section shall be made effective on the first day of the pay period, which includes the date of eligibility.

Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees. Regular full-time and regular part-time employees are those employees who have successfully completed the probationary period as a new hire and who work on a regularly scheduled basis. Probationary Employee. Employees hired for the first time by EPIC, who have not completed six (6) months of employment without a break of service, shall work under the provisions of this Agreement but shall only be on a trial basis, during which period the employee may be discharged for any reason without recourse to any part or provision of this Agreement, or to any appeal. Probationary time period may be extended by three (3) additional months to allow for further evaluation of performance and suitability of the position. Employees who apply for and are awarded a new position with EPIC may elect to revert to their prior position at the employee’s option within the first twenty (20) work days of employment. The Employer reserves the right to transfer the employee back to the previous position for the first forty (40) work days of employment in the new position. The election by the employee or the Employer to revert the employee to the former position shall not be subject to the grievance procedure.

  • Regular Part-Time Employee A regular part-time employee is an employee hired to fill a posted part-time position and is regularly pre-scheduled to work.

  • Full-Time and Part-Time Employees (a) The base rates of pay in the appropriate employment classification for full-time employees and for part-time employees shall be the hourly rates of pay set out in the Tables in Schedule B to this Agreement.

  • Permanent Full-Time Employees Pay and benefits will be computed on a monthly pay status basis.

  • Full-Time Employees A full-time employee is one engaged as such and whose ordinary hours of work average 38 hours per week. The employee’s ordinary hours of work will not exceed an average of 38 hours per week over a 4 week period. Although the actual hours of work may vary from week to week, with some weeks greater than 38 hours and other weeks less, the employee will not work in excess of 152 ordinary hours in any four week period.

  • Regular Full-Time A regular full-time employee is any person employed on a full-time permanent basis whose duties fall within the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2 of this Agreement and who has completed the probationary period.

  • Less-Than-Full-Time Employees (a) For less-than-full-time employees (including part-time, seasonal, and intermittent employees), who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in the month, the Employer shall contribute a prorated amount of the contribution for full-time employees. This prorated contribution shall be based on the ratio of paid regular hours to full-time hours to the nearest full percent, except that less-than-full-time employees who have at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month shall receive no less than one-half (½) of the contribution for full-time employees.

  • Full-Time Employee A full-time employee shall be an employee who is normally scheduled to work not less than forty (40) hours per week, consisting of five (5) eight (8) hour working days.
