The basic requirements for consideration will comply with Ministry of College and Universities guidelines and will include, were applicable: - a Grade 12 academic training or equivalent with emphasis on certain job related areas such as Mathematics, Electronics and Machine Shop, and - written and oral expression. From those candidates who meet the above basic qualification, selection will be made on the basis of an evaluation of related education, training, prior experience, interest and aptitude as demonstrated by the candidates’ history and application form and the result of appropriate tests. With unanimous agreement the Joint Apprenticeship Committee may recommend exceptions to these requirements. Credit for previous related experience in an apprentice training program, or a skilled trades classification in any plant, may be given up to the total time required on any phase of the Apprenticeship Program. Credit for such previous experience shall be determined by the Ministry and given to the apprentice at the time s/he has satisfactorily demonstrated that s/he possesses such previous experience and is able to do the job. Related training credit shall be given to the apprentice at the time that s/he has demonstrated that s/he possesses the educational knowledge for which s/he is requesting credit. At the time such credit is given the apprentice’s wage rate shall be correspondingly adjusted within the apprentice rate schedule based on the amount of credit given towards the completion of the Apprenticeship Program.

(3) Anyone to depart on a travel who is ill, pregnant, physically handicapped, or otherwise requires special care is requested to state so upon booking. We will respond to such special needs as far as possible and to a reasonable extent. In this case, any and all expenses required for special measures taken by ADT upon request of a customer shall be borne by the customer. In addition, depending on the local circumstances, situation of related organizations, etc., the customer may be required to be accompanied by a caretaker or escort or ADT may reject the application, in order to secure safe and smooth implementation of the travel.
(4) If ADT determines that an examination or medical treatment by a doctor is necessary for a customer due to disease, bodily injury, or any other reason during travel, ADT will take necessary measures in order to secure smooth implementation of travel. Any and all expenses required for such measures will be borne by the customer.
(5) If ADT determines that a customer is likely to cause nuisance to other customers or to impede smooth implementation of Agent-Organized travel, his/her application maybe rejected.
(6) Aside from the above, the Company may decline to accept booking for business related reasons.
(7) If ADT determines that a customer is gangster, gang, gang-related companies and organizations, when it was found with other is anti-social forces, his/her application maybe rejected.

f. USFQ requires a minimum of 2.50 GPA for the Cumbayá campus and a minimum of 2.80 GPA for the Galápagos campus.

Boat fare will also be provided when necessary. Students who live at AP house will be compensated an additional 1,120 yen for traveling expenses from APU house to Beppu Station.

(Even if a client becomes those conditions above after concluding the contract, please notify immediately.) The Company will give more information after a client clarifies the specific assistance that he/she needs during the tour.
(5) When the Company is notified about any of the requests above in Article 4, the Company will respond and deal with the matter as much as possible and rational. In this case, the Company may ask the client to inform his/her conditions and measures needed or hand in a document clarifying those facts.
(6) The Company may ask the customer to be accompanied by a caregiver or companion, hand in a medical certificate documented by doctor, or change some parts of the tour courses as a required conditions for attending the tour in order to operate a safe and smooth implementation of Agent-Organized tour. The Company may also decline the application for the Tour Contract or cancel the Tour Contract if the Company cannot take the measures requested by the customer. In addition, any expenses needed for the special measures taken for the customer based on his/her requests will be basically borne by her/himself.
