(a) University authorizes and grants Bank the right and license to utilize, display, distribute, and publish the Trademarks, on a non-exclusive basis, to create Debit Cards and to solicit Customers and potential Customers to obtain and use same by mail, direct promotion, internet, advertisements and/or telephone, for so long as Bank complies with all applicable banking or credit card laws and regulations related to privacy of Customers that are applicable to Bank, , or the University (“Privacy Laws and Regulations”). It is the Parties understanding that credit card laws are not applicable to this Agreement.

Rights and Responsibilities of University. 1.1 The coordinator will recruit, interview, train, supervise and follow-up with tutors who will assist Ames Middle School students once a week. The coordinators will be on-site during the tutoring sessions and will assign tutors to students, keep a sign-in sheet for all students tutored and assess needs of students attending tutoring.
