ROLE STATEMENT. The Grade 1 Physiotherapist will be involved in rotations across Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Craigieburn Centre and Bundoora Centre. There are a total of 23 rotations across Northern Health’s site offering acute, subacute and community/outpatient rotations (centre based & home based therapy). This role may be included in a four month rotation in which one of the five working days is rostered on the weekend. It may also involve doing home visits and servicing Northern Health clients at Kilmore District Hospital or Aged Care Facilities (partner organization). Working together with their supervisors and senior staff, the Grade 1 Physiotherapist will provide quality client care through the application of competent clinical skills in assessment, planning, implementation of treatment and management for clients in their designated work area. The Grade 1 will be involved in service improvement within the physiotherapy department through participating in projects to develop the service further. The role will require staff to be flexible with their working hours to meet the changing operational demands and can include working after hours, on weekends and public holidays. Staff will be required to travel and work across the various Northern Health campuses, programs, and partner organisations. ROLE STATEMENT. The Grade 2 Speech Pathologist is accountable for providing a high standard of clinical services to Northern Health clients through the application of competent clinical skills in the assessment, planning, implementation of treatment and management of communication and swallowing disorders in the adult population. The Grade 2 Speech Pathologist will be an active member of the multidisciplinary team and promote Speech Pathology skills and services within relevant settings. They will support the development of staff and students and will be actively involved in quality projects and research across Northern Health sites. They will be expected to work with skilled clinicians from other clinical areas, internal and external to Northern Health. The role will require staff to be flexible with their working hours to meet the changing operational demands and can include working after hours, on weekends and public holidays. ROLE STATEMENT. The Anticoagulation Stewardship Pharmacist/Team Leader has a responsibility for the organisation, implementation and supervision of clinical pharmacy services. This role has governance responsibilities for the service including ensuring the competency, credentialing, supervision and professional development of the pharmacy team. They will have a leading role in ensuring excellence in client care, evidence-based practice, service improvement and risk management. The Senior Clinician will work closely with the Deputy Director of Pharmacy, Associate Director and Director of Pharmacy to monitor, evaluate and develop their service area and supervise the performance of their team. They will work collaboratively with the Pharmacy Department to achieve the strategic outcomes of the Department. The Team Leader also has a key role in the student program and for driving research and innovation. They will ensure they and other xxxx pharmacists conduct pharmaceutical review activities in accordance with department requirements, SHPA standards of practice, accreditation and legislative requirements. The Anticoagulation Stewardship Pharmacist/Team Leader will form part of the Anticoagulation Stewardship Team, along with the Haematology Unit, to provide governance over anticoagulant use across NH. This team will provide oversight of anticoagulants, high cost reversal agents (e.g. protamine) and the management of complex haematology conditions such as heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT) across inpatient, peri- operative and ambulatory settings. ROLE STATEMENT. The Grade 2 Podiatrist will ensure excellence in client care, evidence-based practice, service improvement and risk management with a role in the student program, research and innovation. The Grade 2 Podiatrist will work collaboratively with relevant Northern Health teams and programs to achieve the strategic outcome of the Podiatry service. ROLE STATEMENT. The Access Review Roster will include individuals who are responsible for scientific review of requests for data held within SAGE. Members are selected from the research community based on knowledge and expertise in both content and methodology. Process: Applications for data will be evaluated by 3 reviewers, of which one may include the data depositors. Reviews may be provided by research scientists from the Child and Youth Data Lab (CYDL), PolicyWise staff members, or other research affiliates of PolicyWise. Reviews may also be provided by members of the Review Roster, particularly when the appropriate methodological and/or content expertise does not exist internally, or when the appropriate internal reviewers are in Conflict of Interest with the applicant or team members. External reviewers may be members of the national or international research community. Designated data relevance reviewers are assigned based on the deposit agreement.
