Salary and Wage Schedule. Section 1 Salary ranges for each job title or classification are set forth on Schedules for each of the four years of this Agreement annexed hereto and made a part hereof as Appendix C. Upon reaching the maximum wage rate for a given classification, additional increases may, in the sole and nongrievable discretion of the Authority, be allowed in accordance with an annual review of wages conducted by the Authority. When an employee is promoted to a job title which has a higher pay grade than he/she formerly held, he/she shall immediately be placed in a step within the higher pay grade which will guarantee him/her a higher regular hourly rate of pay than he/she was previously receiving. Step increases will thereafter be based upon the promotion date and not date of original hire.
Salary and Wage Schedule. 1. New Hires The New Teacher Hiring Salary Schedule is incorporated as Appendix A. Due to an adjustment to the New Teacher Hiring Salary Schedule, some new hires may have originally been contracted for less than the newly adjusted New Teacher Hiring Salary Schedule. Salary and Wage Schedule. 1. New Hires The New Teacher Hiring Salary Schedule (prior to ratification) is listed in Appendix A. The 2023-2024 New Teacher Hiring Salary Schedule (after ratification) is listed in Appendix A.
Salary and Wage Schedule. Each employee shall be on one of the steps in the salary range prescribed for their classification; this step position on the salary range will be each employee’s base wage. An employee’s regular rate of pay will be the base wage plus all additional wages the employee makes including incentives, premium pay, etc. Except for Lateral Deputies, new employees will start at Step 1 on the salary range. Lateral Deputy Definition. A Lateral Deputy is a newly hired employee who is already certified as a police officer by the State of Oregon or who has the Basic Police Course or Basic Corrections Officer Course waived by the Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST). Lateral Deputy Hiring. The Sheriff may, at their discretion, start Lateral Deputies up to the top step of the salary range and be prescribed all incentives and benefits consistent with the Lateral Deputy’s years of sworn law enforcement experience.

  • Salary and Wages Except in the case of a Permitted Termination or Furlough, the Recipient shall not, between the date of this Agreement and March 31, 2021, reduce, without the Employee’s consent, (A) the pay rate of any Employee earning a Salary, or (B) the pay rate of any Employee earning Wages.

  • Salary and Fringe Benefits The employee shall be paid a salary which is the pro- rata share of the salary which the employee would have earned had he or she not elected to exercise the option of reduced workload.
