Scope of work – Specifications. Armed/unarmed Grade C security officers trained to protect NKP and non-NKP sites, as applicable, Armed Grade C security officers for vehicle patrols and escorts for Eskom employees/contractors/service providers deployed in high risk areas or performing high risk tasks (as determined by the business risk assessment), site monitoring (where no Eskom security control room is in operation), 4 day 12 hour shift cycles including holidays and weekends or on an as when basis for a specific period. Potential service providers must provide PSIRA trained security personnel to perform duties at the Eskom premises. The training (or refresher training) certificates for each Security Officer deployed to the Eskom facility must be obtained from an accredited PSIRA training institution not less than six months from commencement of the contract. The Eskom Security team will provide written approval for all guards deployed to the Eskom facility. The security services shall be provided at the Eskom facilities and shall in general entail the patrolling of the premises, access control, control of assets, personnel and/ or members of the public (escorting where required) and protection from and/ or to offices and general crime prevention measures as agreed upon in the SOP’s. The patrols and movement of each security officer will be monitored using a real time live guard monitoring system placed at each facility. This unit will also be used to monitor the service provider management and supervision visits. Specific tags must be issued. These SOP’s may be amended from time to time, with the agreement of all parties (Service Provider, Site Supervisor and Eskom Security). Scope of work – Specifications. (as applicable): Digitech Systems Professional Services, LLC (DSPS) will provide installation assistance of PaperVision® Enterprise and PaperVision Capture for end user Madison County. The expectation is that DSPS will install and configure core system features for both applications on the same server. PaperVision Enterprise will be configured with an internal facing website. PaperVision Capture with all automation services will be installed on a single server. Up to five (5) operator consoles will be installed and connected to the central server using the Gateway. DSPS will help facilitate the move of the current PaperVision Enterprise documents from multiple isolated installations (up to four in total) to a new single entity. This process will require an upgrade of the current environment and document migration for each entity. The migrated documents will then be imported into a new PaperVision Enterprise entity for central storage and management. Users and groups will be created to manage document access and rights to ensure users have appropriate access to the system. DSPS will create several PaperVision Capture Jobs to replicate the current PaperFlow Projects used for processing documents. User training will be provided for both general use and administrative topics for both PaperVision Enterprise and PaperVision Capture. This agreement contains an hourly component to accommodate additional consulting efforts. Any tasks not outlined within this agreement below will be considered additional and fall under this consultation agreement. All consulting time will be invoiced against the hourly portion of this agreement as outlined in sections 3 and 5 below. DSPS will assist with these inquiries on an as needed basis during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm Central). These consulting services do not include any new custom code, or software products of Digitech Systems, LLC or DSPS. This agreement does not include any custom code. All services will be performed remote with the use of Ring Central Meeting.

The departure/return port for all operations is Depoe Bay, Oregon. Six (6) vessel days (day = approximately 8 hours/day) are estimated to be needed for hook-and-line surveys. Fishing effort will occur in fall, taking place over six (6) days (i.e., late August-October). Fishing will occur over hard bottom substrate at a variety of depths. No fish encountered shall be retained for the purpose of consumption.
