SECURITY PLANS AND BENEFITS. 13.1 Qualified employees are eligible to participate in the following INL benefit programs: Personal Leave Medical Plan Dental Insurance Plan Vision Insurance Plan Health Care Flexible Spending Account Dependent Day Care Flexible Spending Account Employee Life Insurance Spouse Life Insurance Dependent Children Life Insurance Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance Workers Compensation Long Term Care Insurance Service Awards Leaves of Absence Retirement Plan Investment Plan Holidays Severance Pay All security plans and benefits arranged by the Company for its employees, as a whole, will be available to employees covered by this Agreement and will be administered equally, including that portion of the cost by all employees. The Union will be informed in advance of any additions or substantive changes to, or deletions from, the benefit programs.
