Seniority During Leaves of Absence. (a) An employee on a leave of absence with pay or on a leave for Association business as per Article
Seniority During Leaves of Absence. There shall be no break in seniority during the period of a leave of absence. No credit for purposes of wage increments, vacation or sick leave shall be given during the period of a leave of absence, but an employee shall not lose service previously accrued.
Seniority During Leaves of Absence. Employees will continue to accrue seniority while on approved leaves of absence.
Seniority During Leaves of Absence. During all leaves of absence from work as defined in Articles 21, 22, 23 and 24, a Regular Employee’s seniority shall be maintained (continue to accrue).
Seniority During Leaves of Absence. Length of service increments and PTO shall continue to accrue during the first fourteen (14) calendar days of such leave.

No credit for purposes of wage increments, time off, or other fringe benefits shall be given during the period of an unpaid leave of absence, but an employee shall not lose service previously accrued. For the first twelve (12) weeks of employee medical leave or as required by law, the Employer shall continue to pay the Employer contribution toward medical, dental, and life insurance, and long‐term disability insurance, if applicable, for an employee who has worked for the Employer for twelve (12) months and has worked at least 1248 hours during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the leave. For unpaid leaves other than the first twelve (12) weeks of employee medical leave or as required by applicable law, eligible employees shall be required to pay the full cost of continuing medical, dental, and life insurance coverage for the duration of the leave.
Seniority During Leaves of Absence. Seniority shall continue to accrue for employees on approved leaves of absence, except for unpaid voluntary personal leave of absence.
Seniority During Leaves of Absence. Seniority shall continue on all approved leaves of absence unless otherwise specifically provided in one of the leaves of absence sections of this Agreement. Benefits such as vacation, sick leave, and insurance do not accrue or continue during any non-paid leave of absence unless otherwise specifically provided in one of the leaves of absence sections of this Agreement.
