Statutory Clause. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict to the employees or the School Board such rights as either may have under New Jersey School Laws (including Chapters 123 and 303). The rights granted hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided by New Jersey School Laws.

Statutory Clause. It is agreed by and between the parties that any provisions of this Agreement requiring legislative action to permit its implementation by amendment of law or by providing the additional funds therefore, shall not be effective until the appropriate legislative body has given approval.
Statutory Clause. If any provisions of this Agreement are contrary to law by subsequent legislative enactments, such provisions will not be deemed valid and subsisting except to the extent required by law, but all other provisions of this agreement will continue in full force and effect.
