Statutory Clause. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to deny or restrict to the employees or the Board such rights as either may have under New Jersey School Laws (including Chapters 123 and 303). The rights granted hereunder shall be deemed to be in addition to those provided by New Jersey State Laws.

It is understood and agreed that in the event there are any conflicting or omitted provisions or variations between the terms, conditions, rights, or remedies in the Security Instrument, the Note or any other Loan Document (other than this Agreement) and the terms of this Agreement, those terms, conditions, rights or remedies of this Agreement shall prevail.
