STUDENT GUIDELINES. Students will follow teacher instructions regarding the use of the Nassau County digital network. • Students will handle hardware and software tools with care and respect at all times. • Students will remember that it is a privilege, not a right, to use the Nassau County digital network and device. • Students should have no expectation of privacy at any time while using district assigned applications and devices. • The district is authorized to do random audits of Internet histories of students. • Students may not share user IDs or passwords. • Students may not give out personal information about themselves or where they live. • Students may not tamper with, change configurations, intentionally download viruses or in any way physically damage School Board provided equipment. • Students may not download any media or programs that are not district approved.

STUDENT GUIDELINES. In order for a student to participate in GNB Voc-Tech’s Cooperative Education Program, the student must agree to the following conditions of employment: • Must adhere to work standards as set forth by the employer, as well as school standards • Must provide own transportation • Portfolio and Career Plan must be up to date • Student must pass all Chapter 74 Shop and Related requirements • Student must have a grade of 70 or better in all areas • Student must obtain a co-op cycle report and turn it in to the co-op coordinator at the end of every academic cycle. • Student must maintain good attendance and discipline record ( in accordance with the school policy) • Student is required to work a minimum of 36 hours in a six day cycle • Student must notify Co-Op Coordinator and employer immediately in the event that he/she will miss a co-op work day. • Student is responsible for having the evaluation form filled out by the employer and returned to the co-op coordinator upon return to the academic cycle • Student will not be allowed to return the co-op site until the evaluation is completed and returned • Student must work at a site that provides the opportunity to develop technical and employability skills not acquirable in a school-based setting but acquirable in a work-based setting. • Student is required to work until the end of the school year, if student needs to resign from the co-op position they must write a letter of resignation and give a two week notice. • Student must be highly recommended by shop and related teacher • Students who do not pass MCAS must be willing to attend MCAS support classes during the academic cycle or summer MCAS support classes if available
STUDENT GUIDELINES. In order for a student to participate in Diman Regional Vocational Technical High’s Cooperative Education Program, the student must agree to the following conditions of employment: ⮚ Must adhere to school standards as well as work standards, as set forth by the employer ⮚ Student must immediately return to Diman RVTHS due to lack of work or if released from work for any reason and notify the office of the Director of Cooperative Education upon their return ⮚ Student must provide/coordinate own transportation ⮚ Student must pass all Chapter 74 Shop and Related requirements ⮚ Student must have a grade of 70 in all courses ⮚ Students understand that their respective weeks are subject to change due to placement. The district and its representative(s) reserves the right to make such change as needed ⮚ Student must submit their time entries via electronically daily while out on placement. Failure to accurately complete said task is a violation of the Cooperative Education Program and DESE approved regulations. ⮚ Student must maintain good attendance and discipline record (in accordance with the school policy) ⮚ Students are required to attend mandatory seminar classes that are held once a cycle in order to maintain eligibility. ⮚ Student is required to work a minimum of 30 hours in a seven (7) day cycle and a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours in a seven (7) day cycle ⮚ Student must notify the Assistant Principal’s Office and employer immediately in the event that he/she will miss a co-op work day or will arrive late for work ⮚ Student must work at a site that provides the opportunity to develop technical and employability skills not acquired in a school-based setting but acquirable in a work-based setting ⮚ Student must be recommended by shop and related instructor ⮚ Students who do not pass MCAS must be willing to attend MCAS support classes during the academic cycle or summer MCAS support classes if/when available The Vocational Technical Education Regulations 603 CMR 4.03 (7) contains the standards for cooperative education. STUDENT GUIDELINES. Voluntary agreement with staff member - Limited to one directed study per semester, two per year - Included in registration for the next academic year. If teacher of record is unable to do the directed study, it is the responsibility of the student to find an alternate teacher. - Significant planning must be done by student prior to completing application - Planned project must be a sufficiently rigorous course of study to earn .5 semester credit, the equivalent of 19 weeks of work - Student will report daily for attendance at the assigned hour during school session times - Student will meet regularly, at least weekly, with staff member to report progress on a pre-arranged schedule - Student will maintain directed study log/journal and record days/times of meetings, notes, problems encountered, solutions to those problems. Log will be turned in and kept in department file via the department chairperson or designee. - Voluntary agreement between staff member and student - Does not count toward staff hour or day contractual limits - Facilitate student study/project by: Setting interim deadlines; providing timely feedback and arranging for final presentation to appropriate audience. All with signature on contract will be notified/invited to presentation. - Copy of student study/project to the Assistant Principal by the first progress report - Maintain regular meeting times with students - Maintain grades/attendance records in appropriate record books - Complete progress report and grading records.

Students under the age of 19 and their parent/guardian must sign a District Digital Technology User Agreement in order to access digital technology in Kindergarten, grade 6, grade 9 and/or year of entry into a New Westminster School. Students 19 and over may sign their own forms. b.   • Sub-Advisor Compliance Policies and Procedures The Sub-Advisor shall promptly provide the Trust CCO with copies of: (i) the Sub-Advisor’s policies and procedures for compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws (together, the “Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures”), and (ii) any material changes to the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures. The Sub-Advisor shall cooperate fully with the Trust CCO so as to facilitate the Trust CCO’s performance of the Trust CCO’s responsibilities under Rule 38a-1 to review, evaluate and report to the Trust’s Board of Trustees on the operation of the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures, and shall promptly report to the Trust CCO any Material Compliance Matter arising under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures involving the Sub-Advisor Assets. The Sub-Advisor shall provide to the Trust CCO: (i) quarterly reports confirming the Sub-Advisor’s compliance with the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures in managing the Sub-Advisor Assets, and (ii) certifications that there were no Material Compliance Matters involving the Sub-Advisor that arose under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures that affected the Sub-Advisor Assets. At least annually, the Sub-Advisor shall provide a certification to the Trust CCO to the effect that the Sub-Advisor has in place and has implemented policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to ensure compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws.
