Sunday and Holiday Pay. Unless their normal shift is a Sunday, employees shall be paid two (2) times their regular hourly rate for all hours required to work on Sundays and shall be paid two (2) times their hourly rate plus holiday pay for hours worked on the holidays recognized in this AGREEMENT.

Sunday and Holiday Pay. Employees will be assigned to work Sundays and holidays only in emergencies. Such work will be paid at twice the regular hourly rate of pay. This paragraph does not apply to bus drivers or for building checks. If offered by the administration, employees may voluntarily work on Sundays or holidays. (i.e. Sunday Church Services). In these cases, employees shall be paid according to the regular pay provisions. (See next section.)
Sunday and Holiday Pay. If the ESP is required to work a holiday, the ESP will be paid for time worked in addition to the holiday pay due him/her. Sunday work in excess of forty (40) hours in the workweek will be paid at one and one-half times the regular rate of pay. The ESP must work during the pay period.   • Holiday Pay A. On each of the holidays designated above, each full-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee's basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work. B. On each of the holidays designated above, each part-time employee scheduled to work but permitted to take the day off shall receive pay computed at the employee’s basic hourly rate for the number of hours the employee was regularly scheduled to work.

  • Sunday Premium Any employee who is required to work at any time on a Sunday shall be paid a Sunday premium in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay in the amount of seventy-five (75¢) cents per hour, for each such hour and portion of an hour worked. Sunday premium pay shall not be added to an employee's hourly rate of pay for the purpose of computing overtime. The provisions of this Article shall not apply to the “in charge” employees referred to in sub-articles 23.03 and 23.04 of this Agreement.
