TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT. Hands-on time spent by nurses utilizing the EMR system 27 to upload and download patient information will be treated as paid time. It is expected 28 that such activity will be incorporated into the nurse’s regular workday. The Agency 29 agrees to seek input from the Labor Management Committee in conjunction with the 30 development of protocols and the acquisition of technology, for use with the EMR 31 system and technological equipment. Nurses who observe written Agency protocols for 32 use of the EMR system and equipment will not be held responsible for any loss or 33 disclosure of patient information that may occur as a result of their use of the system or 34 equipment.
TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT. Technological equipment is grouped by function into: Student Kit, Teacher Kit, Itinerant Kit, Laboratory Kit and Robotics Kit, among others defined in the approved Definitive Engineering Study. TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT. The CONCESSIONAIRE shall ensure the availability at all times of the technological equipment, including during the attention of incident requests, and in compliance with the service levels established in Annex 13. Maintenance shall be oriented to preventive activities to ensure that the technological equipment maintains its initial technical and physical characteristics. It shall also perform preventive maintenance activities for hardware and software. The following table refers to the types and elements that make up the technological equipment item to which the CONCESSIONAIRE shall provide maintenance and which shall be defined in the as-built Project.

GHC, in its sole discretion, will determine if equipment is made available on a rental or purchase basis.

  • Special Equipment The Employer agrees to provide specialty tools, emergency supplies/equipment, testing equipment and safety equipment as needed to perform required duties as determined and authorized by the Chief or designee. The emergency supplies/equipment will include appropriate survival provisions and equipment for each permanent Maintenance Mechanic 4 and the Law Enforcement Communications Systems Supervisor when they are performing duties that would require such provisions and equipment. When necessary, the employer will replenish used or expired survival provisions and damaged and unusable equipment.   • Additional Equipment Additional Equipment may from time to time be added as the subject matter of this Agreement as agreed on by the parties. Any additional property will be added in an amendment describing the property, the monthly rental, security deposit, and stipulated loss value of the additional Equipment. All amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. You will not let, sell, charge, assign, sub-license or allow a third party to use the Rental Equipment nor remove any labels, and shall not prejudice our rights in the Rental Equipment in any way. We may replace the Rental Equipment from time to time either with your prior consent or provided that the replacement Rental Equipment is of a specification that is at least equal to the Rental Equipment originally supplied and such change does not materially disrupt the provision of the Services.
