Telework Agreement. All employees on telework must complete a telework agreement, with the attachments, and submit it to their supervisor for approval prior to teleworking.
Telework Agreement. Before beginning work at an alternative worksite, the employee and immediate supervisor must sign a telework agreement. It is the supervisor’s responsibility to adequately document the telework arrangement in advance to explain/define the employee’s duty status, credit hours, overtime, leave, alternative work schedules, etc. The agreement should specify the terms and conditions of program participation, the performance expectations, and the work schedule information for the individual employee. The telework agreement documents a commitment by the employee and the supervisor to abide by the applicable guidelines and program policies and must be in place before the employee begins working at an alternative worksite. Telework Agreement. Once a position has been identified as suitable for teleworking, the supervisor and employee shall review and sign the: UMBC Teleworking Agreement (See Appendix C); UMBC Teleworker Plan (See Appendix D). and UMBC Remote Workplace Certification Checklist (See Appendix E); and These documents shall also receive the approval of the Department Head, Division Head and Department of Human Resources prior to the start of the telework project. Such approval shall not be unreasonably denied. The telework agreement is voluntary and may be terminated by the employee and the supervisor at any time. The telework agreement is limited to the current supervisor/employee reporting relationship and it is not guarantee to continue into a new supervisory or reporting relationship.
Telework Agreement. A. An employee requesting to work a telework arrangement will submit a signed "Telework Request and Agreement Form" to his or her supervisor. The telework agreement documents the terms and conditions of participation in the telework program. The agreement must be signed by both parties prior to the start of teleworking.

Telework Agreement. The Telework Agreement consists of the Depart- ment’s AD-3018, USDA Telework Agreement, and is the written document signed by the telework employee and the employee’s supervisor, outlining details of the telework program, and the responsibilities of the employee and supervisor, as well as the Agency’s policy statement(s).

Telework Agreement. All participants must have an approved telework agreement denoting the telework option selected and signed by the employee and supervisor to begin telework. The telework agreement will be completed when applying for telework through the ETIS. Participants who opt for remote telework are required to change their duty station [See Section IV] and acknowledge that (a) they will not be reimbursed for travel between their alternate worksite and the USPTO office except as specified in Section IV, and (b) a duty station change could impact pay and benefits.

Exception authority is withheld to The Adjutant General, unless delegated in writing. This authority may be delegated to a division chief within the proponent agency or its direct reporting unit or field operating agency, in the grade of colonel or the civilian equivalent. f. Situational telework is authorized for service members in an AGR, FTNG, or ADOS status, Title 32 and Title 5 Federal Employees, and state employees on a case-by-case basis as the need arises, so long as a telework agreement is in place for the employee before any situational telework is approved. Situational telework is intended to be temporary in nature. Recurring telework outside of a particular set of circumstances must be approved through a regular telework schedule request.
