TIME ADDENDUM. This addendum is attached to and forms a part of the Agreement between The Sun Times, Xxxx Sound, a division of Sun Media Corporation, and Unifor Local 00-X, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Newsmedia Guild, and covers the part- time employees as defined below.

TIME ADDENDUM. This Addendum to the Collective Agreement shall set out the sole rights of part-time employees covered by the terms of this Collective Agreement.

TIME ADDENDUM. All of the provisions of the full-time Collective Agreement will apply to part-time employees except the following Articles:
TIME ADDENDUM. ARTICLE APPLICATION The provisions of the Collective Agreement apply to Time Employees unless otherwise indicated, with the exception of Articles and which do not apply to Time Employees. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Appendix and any other provisions in this Agreement, the provisions of this Appendix shall prevail.
TIME ADDENDUM. Article I Scope and Recognition The Employer recognizes the Service Employees' International Union, Local as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for all employees of Saint Luke's Place in Cambridge, Ontario, regularly scheduled for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week and students employed during the summer vacation period, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, graduate and undergraduate nurses, professional medical staff, paramedical employees, activation director, and office and clerical employees.
