Training & Accreditation. The Community Pharmacy contractor has a duty to ensure that all Pharmacists and staff involved in the provision of the service have relevant knowledge and are appropriately trained in the operation of the service. Pharmacists and registered technicians involved in the provision of the service should complete a Declaration of Competence (DoC) to self-assess their competence to provide the Minor Ailment Scheme and this should be reassessed and updated at least every two years. Paperwork to support this can be found by visiting the CPPE website xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx.xx/services/declaration-of- competence. Evidence of a valid DoC must be provided upon request. Community Pharmacy contractors are responsible for ensuring that staff remain alert to any developments in national guidance and providers must ensure that up to date evidence, best practice guidance and professional standards are followed at all times. Staff whom are involved in delivery of the service must have received adequate training in the management of minor ailments and be aware when to refer to the Pharmacist.

Training & Accreditation. (a) You must: (i) only provide the Services through the Aussie Broker and Associates that have been Accredited; (ii) ensure the Aussie Broker and any Associate is an Accredited Commercial Aussie Broker prior to compiling and lodging applications for Commercial Loans with Suppliers; (iii) ensure that the Aussie Broker and any Associate completes at your cost all training and other courses which we from time to time identify as required to provide the Services; (iv) not market or sell on behalf of Aussie or represent Aussie in any way or communicate with any Aussie Customer, if the training and Accreditation specified in this clause is not maintained; (v) obtain and maintain all licences, approvals and authorities that you, the Aussie Broker and any Associate are required to hold by law; and (vi) maintain Accreditation required by relevant third parties, including all Suppliers, the MFAA or pursuant to Relevant Legislation, in addition to any accreditation with Aussie. (b) It is a condition subsequent of this Agreement that the Contractor, the Aussie Broker and any Associate meets all Accreditation and training requirements required by Relevant Legislation and under the Agreement including the successful completion of an initial induction course conducted by Aussie.
Training & Accreditation. Before working as a SANE RN the nurse must submit and have verified by Human Resources completion of accreditation. The SANE RN is required to maintain current accreditation, attend SRH required SANE meetings, and meet annual minimum training hours established by the Washington Coalition of Sexual Assault Programs. In order to continue to be accredited, ongoing training hours must be promptly reported to Human Resources.
Training & Accreditation. (a) The Contractor and the CSC Credit Representative must: (i) only provide services through the CSC Credit Representative who has been Accredited; (ii) ensure that the CSC Credit Representative completes all training courses which the CSC Credit Representative is required to attend from time to time; (iii) at their own cost participate in any Marketing Programs and/or training programs which CSC requires the Contractor and/or the CSC Credit Representative to attend from time to time; (iv) not market or sell on behalf of CSC or represent CSC in any way or communicate with any Customer, if the training and Accreditation specified in this clause is not maintained; (v) obtain and maintain all licences, approvals and authorities that the Contractor and the CSC Credit Representative are required to hold by law; and (vi) maintain Accreditation required by relevant third parties, including all applicable Panel Lenders or pursuant to Relevant Legislation, in addition to any accreditation with CSC. (b) It is a condition subsequent of this Agreement that the Contractor and the CSC Credit Representative meet all Accreditation and other requirements under this Agreement. These requirements include but are not limited to the successful completion of the initial induction course conducted by CSC, providing all the required contract and Accreditation documents to CSC and/or our Panel Lenders and meeting all requirements for both MFAA Accreditation and other requirements specified by Relevant Legislation. In the event that the Contractor and the CSC Credit Representative have commenced performing the Services pursuant to the Agreement in circumstances where the Contractor and the CSC Credit Representative have not obtained Accreditation from either CSC or a Panel Lender, CSC will be entitled to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if any such Accreditation is not granted. (c) CSC may withdraw the Accreditation of the Contractor or the CSC Credit Representative at any time.
Training & Accreditation. 3.3.1 The Pharmacy’s designated authorised signatory has a responsibility to ensure that all staff provide the service strictly in accordance with the service specification. This will include the provision of Levonorgestrel (Levonelle, Upostelle) and Ulipristal Acetate (Xxxx One) as defined in the Patient Group Direction (PGD) by Pharmacists that have satisfied the requirements of Self Declaration of Competence for Community Pharmacy for Emergency Contraception. 3.3.2 The pharmacist must satisfy the requirements of the CPPE “Self-declaration of Competence for Community Pharmacy for Emergency Contraception”, complete a self-assessment of core competencies at least every two years and print and sign their “Personal Declaration of Qualifications and competence to deliver Emergency Contraception Services”. This certificate must be submitted to the Pharmacy’s designated authorised signatory to maintain inclusion on its accredited pharmacist list 3.3.3 The Pharmacist should also have achieved the competency levels specified in the NICE Competency Framework for Health Professionals using Patient Group Directions 3.3.4 All pharmacists involved in providing this service must adhere to their professional code of conduct and at no point does this service abrogate their professional responsibility, professional judgement must be used at all times. It is the professional’s responsibility to practice only within the bounds of their own competence. 3.3.5 It is the pharmacy’s responsibility to ensure that staff they employ are trained and competent to provide the service. Staff should not provide the service until they have satisfied the requirements of Self- Declaration of Competence for Community Pharmacy for Emergency Contraception. 3.3.6 The service provider will be required to have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) / protocol which specifically details the operational delivery of this service. The service provider must ensure that all staff including those other than pharmacists, involved in the provision of the service, have relevant knowledge, are appropriately trained and operate within protocols / SOPs; this includes sensitive patient centred communication skills. 3.3.7 The SOP / protocol should be reviewed at least every two years or before if circumstances dictate. Each review should be documented and the SOP / protocol subject to version control. Staff must read, date and sign the SOP / protocol after a review. 3.3.8 Changes to procedure must be highlighted...
Training & Accreditation. 6.1 All practitioners should have undergone accredited training for this procedure and are responsible for ensuring that their skills are updated regularly to ensure competence is maintained. The standard applied for both doctors and nurses is that of the Letter of Competence of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Health (FSRH) for both IUCD/IUS and sub dermal implants in line with the Faculty of Sexual Health and Reproductive Healthcare9/Royal College of Nursing (RCN)10 training guidance. This qualification is accredited by the RCGP and RCN and has replaced other qualifications and should be re-certified every five years. 6.2 At the start of the Contract the Service Provider is required to complete a Fitters’ audit form and any training needs identified will be logged by the Service Purchaser who will arrange the necessary training on LARC either through SWISH or the relevant pharmaceutical product companies. 6.3 Practices should model their service delivery to ensure that practitioners are able to undertake a minimum of six procedures for sub dermal procedures per annum in line with FSRH standards, of which one must be an insertion and one a removal. For IUCD/IUS fitting each practitioner should undertake a minimum of twelve IUCD fittings per annum (of at least two different devices). Where smaller registered populations make this difficult advice and agreement from Somerset County Council should be sought in order to continue providing this service.
Training & Accreditation. Accreditation A pharmacist must attend and complete (to the PCTs satisfaction) the PCT training & accreditation programme comprised of the following elements Attendance at a PCT accreditation workshop Completion the CPPE modules on asthma Completion of a Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check with no adverse outcome The pharmacist will then be accredited as an approved practitioner for providing this service; The pharmacist should maintain clinical knowledge appropriate to their practice by attending relevant study days, courses and to make them aware of appropriate literature. Pharmacists will provide evidence of appropriate CPD based on their training needs assessment, to the Prescribing Team by the end of each financial year. Records of completion of these packs must be kept within the pharmacy and can be seen on request by the PCT. Updates are recommended every years or as directed by the PCT which may be in the form of attendance at additional or refresher training events, CPD declarations or other methods of assessment as considered appropriate by the PCT. The PCT will provide training as follows: Meeting(s) to provide an update on asthma management and the Wandsworth Pharmacy Asthma Management Service (WPAMS) service for participating pharmacists; Joint meeting(s) between participating pharmacists and GPs and other staff from practices identified to take part in the pilot phase of the service; Where there are concerns regarding poor performance, this will be addressed separately as a clinical governance matter.

Training & Accreditation. As a Registered Training Organisation, ESTA will accommodate the training and accreditation of all ESTA employees in call taking and dispatching competencies to Certificate II & III (as appropriate), and to Certificate IV or equivalent for Team Leaders and for employees identified for development as Team Leaders, as determined by the Australian Qualifications Framework, during the life of this Agreement.

  • LICENSING, ACCREDITATION AND REGISTRATION The Contractor shall comply with all applicable local, state, and federal licensing, accreditation and registration requirements or standards necessary for the performance of this Contract.

  • Training and Orientation (a) No employee shall be required to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction. (b) The Employer shall provide sufficient and adequate training and/or orientation to any employee working in a new or unfamiliar work area or position.
