Tuesday to Saturday Shift. Employees working the Tuesday to Saturday shift will use Monday as their first scheduled day off for purposes of this section provided Sunday isn’t worked or unless mutually agreed otherwise by the Employer and Union.
Tuesday to Saturday Shift. The standard work day shall consist of eight (8) hours. Shift starting time shall be between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. The work week shall consist of forty (40)
Tuesday to Saturday Shift. This constitutes a Letter of Understanding between Finning (Canada) A Division of Finning International Inc. and the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Lodge 99 effective January 1, 1991. The parties agree that a Tuesday to Saturday shift will be implemented and the following conditions apply.
Tuesday to Saturday Shift. The Tuesday to Saturday shift shall be voluntary having regard to Section 9.02 - Seniority in Shift Work. Employees employed on the forty (40) hour work week Tuesday through Saturday inclusive, shall receive a premium of ten percent (10%) of all hours worked on this shift. Hours worked over eight (8) hours a day will be paid in accordance with overtime provisions stipulated in the Agreement.

Tuesday to Saturday Shift. If a Tuesday to Saturday shift is implemented, the hours of work shall be eight (8) hours per day exclusive of lunch period, forty (40) hours per week, with two consecutive days off except at changeover. A premium of five percent (5%) will be paid in addition to the regular rate for hours worked on Saturday.
Tuesday to Saturday Shift. An employee working a Tuesday to Saturday shift shall be paid eight (8) hours pay for seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours worked on Saturday only.
Tuesday to Saturday Shift. There may be a shift of five (5) consecutive days, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive, of eight (8) consecutive hours, exclusive of a one-half (1/2) hour unpaid meal period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. If a Tuesday to Saturday shift is scheduled, the following conditions shall apply:
a. Employees required on the affected seniority lists as per Article 11 eighty-five percent (85%) will be considered eligible for the shift with the remaining fifteen percent (15%) exempt based on seniority. Field Serviceman will also be exempt. Employees in the areas as listed in Article 7.03 may be required, in order to support quality customer product delivery, and in support of training fellow Employees who are transitioning to the shift, may be required to complete two (2) Saturdays, no more than two (2) times per year, at the applicable overtime rate for that day. The Employee with the highest seniority in the shop area will have the right of first refusal for this training requirement. The Company will give thirty (30) calendar days’ notice to the Employee prior to placing them on the two (2) week period.
b. Employees required to rotate onto the Tuesday to Saturday shift, shall be required to serve two (2) weeks on this shift before returning to their regular day shift. These Employees will not be required to work the Tuesday to Saturday Shift again, until a complete rotation through the affected Seniority List, starting with the most junior Employee, will be observed.
c. Shift premium will be outlined in the Article 16 premiums and paid for all hours worked on Saturday.

Tuesday to Saturday Shift. (i) The standard work week on such shifts shall consist of forty (40) hours on the day and/or afternoon shift, Tuesday to Saturday inclusive. Sundays and Mondays shall be regular days off, and any work performed on such days off shall be paid at overtime rates as provided for in this Agreement.
(ii) There will be no Night Shift scheduled on the Tuesday to Saturday shift in the Mechanical or Parts Department.
(iii) On Saturday only, the time for the lunch period, in the Parts Department only, will not be specified, and lunch will be taken as and when the work requirements permit.
