Unit Exclusions. The parties agree that the personnel in the following positions shall be excluded from the Bargaining Unit: Secretaries to the Assistant Superintendents (4), Secretary to the Budget Director (1); Secretary to the Director of Administrative Services (1); Secretaries to Human Resources (7). The excluded positions shall not exceed thirteen (13). The Union agrees that they shall not accrete any job title presently covered by Board of Education Policy #4310 Non-Affiliated Employees, to the Recognition Clause of this Agreement.

Unit Exclusions a. The bargaining unit excludes all other employees of FP, including but not limited to the Copy Chief; senior editors with supervisory or managerial authority; fellows, student assistants and interns; employees based outside the U.S. (including the Asia Editor, Europe Editor, Africa Editor, and Middle East Editor); any temporary employees as defined in the paragraph below; contractors; and any employees of another employer, including any parents or affiliates of FP. b. The bargaining unit also excludes employees who are exempt from union representation under the National Labor Relations Act as managerial, supervisory, professional or confidential.
Unit Exclusions. 1. The following employees are specifically excluded from this bargaining unit: Middlesex County College administrative, managerial, and supervisory employees, full-time faculty, clerical and technical employees, maintenance and custodial employees, College police officers and all retirees who have retired from employment at Middlesex County College. 2. When adjunct faculty members are not actively employed at the College in a teaching capacity, they shall not receive any benefits under this Agreement, except for those expressly provided. 3. Bargaining unit members who experience a break in service of three or fewer consecutive semesters shall not be required to satisfy the two semester requirement in A aforementioned.

The bargaining unit also excludes all other M+R employees who work in the Strategic Consulting Division; any temporary employees as defined in paragraph 4(e) below; any part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work less than twenty-four (24) hours per week over an eight (8) week period; any bona fide independent contractors; interns and fellows; and any employees of another employer, including any parents or affiliates of M+R.
Unit Exclusions. The SIUE Non-Tenure Track Faculty Association Bargaining Unit shall exclude the following: 2.3.1 All student appointees. 2.3.2 All civil service employees. 2.3.3 All administrative professional staff employees. 2.3.4 All non-tenure track faculty in the School of Pharmacy, School of Nursing, and School of Dental Medicine, and those additional schools or colleges created by the University subsequent to the signing date of this Agreement. 2.3.5 All tenured and tenure-track faculty, active and retired.

Unit Exclusions. Specifically excluded from this bargaining unit are: 1. All full-time employees of the College, including full-time employees teaching one or more sections over and above their full-time responsibilities. 2. All persons employed by or holding office in local, county or state or federal governmental agencies or other bodies whose responsibilities involve them in monitoring or evaluating the College. 3. Instructors teaching non-credit, avocational courses or Adult Basic Education courses, however, this is not intended to exclude faculty teaching remedial courses. 4. Managerial executives, confidential employees, craft employees, security officers, supervisors, non-professional employees, laboratory aides, note-takers, tutors, and all other employees of the College who would not otherwise be eligible for inclusion.
Unit Exclusions. The SIUE Professional Staff Bargaining Unit shall exclude the following: 2.3.1 All employees holding a total appointment of less than a .5 as a professional staff member, or a less than a .5 combined appointment as a professional staff member and a faculty member. 2.3.2 Employees who have a combined faculty and professional staff appointment of a .5 or greater, the majority of which is the faculty appointment. (Example: If an employee has a .4 faculty appointment and a .2 professional staff appointment.) 2.3.3 All student appointees. 2.3.4 All civil service employees, except those who are employed at either the East St. Louis Center or the Early Childhood Center and hold the following titles: Child Development Associate; Child Development Supervisor; Program Services Specialist; Teaching Consultant; and Health Education Coordinator. 2.3.5 All full-time faculty except those described in paragraph 2.2.5, above. 2.3.6 All coaching positions (both coaches and assistant coaches). 2.3.7 Employees having administrative appointments which are the majority of their total appointment. 2.3.8 All short-term employees. 2.3.9 Positions bearing the SIUE title (including interim or acting titles) of: Chancellor Assistant to the Chancellor Vice Chancellor or Xxxxxxx Assistant to Vice Chancellor or Xxxxxxx Associate or Assistant Vice Chancellor or Xxxxxxx Xxxx Associate or Assistant Xxxx Director, including Budget Director, Program Director, and Executive Director Director of WSIE Associate Director Assistant Director and Assistant to Director Bursar Controller General Counsel Researcher, Institutional Research and Studies Professional positions in the Offices of Human Resources -- all titles Call Staff in Instructional Services 2.3.10 The following specific listed positions: Advisor, Foreign Student Coordinator of Affirmative Action Coordinator, Assistant Instructional Services (Head Start) Project Coordinator, University Services to East St. Louis Coordinator, Center (Head Start) Coordinator, ESLCPA, University Services to East St. Louis Coordinator, Support Services (Head Start) Coordinator, Health (Head Start) Coordinator, Family Support (Head Start) Coordinator, Instructional Services (Head Start) Coordinator, Upward Bound, University Services to East St. Louis Assistant Coordinator, Head Start Program, University Services to East St. Louis Coordinator, Office of Information Technology Coordinator, Risk Management Coordinator, Project Success Program Operations Coordin...
